just keep working. there's nothing else to add.
it will take some time and finally you will get back in shape.
don't worry about it and remember that you can't do everything at once.

Well, if you think about college like a tournament (not poker), the closer to the end that you get, the better the people around you are going to be. So if you were top 5 in your high school class but only the top 20% went to college, and of that only half made it past the first year, then the pool is pretty small and lots of brainiacs are going to make you feel inferior or average by comparison. Curriculum adjusts too obviously and that's why you can't just BS your way through it. All of this is coming from someone who dropped out after 1.5years though so take it with a grain of salt.

TheWh00sel speaks the truth. I always seemed to be able to easily get 99 percentile on standardized back from grades 1-6. Life was easy when I was young(er). Once you make it into a difficult university, you must always apply yourself to get the same 99th percentile results. The more difficult the major you choose, the harder it is to show up and actually give a damn. Luckily I haven't dropped out myself just yet, still struggling through my sophomore yr @ Purdue West Lafayette.

Honestly, sounds like you just need to take a week long break and establish a better sleep schedule. Don't go to useless classes ever. If the prof sucks, skip. You just need a vacation.

You are probably doing better than the majority of the college guys you are studying with, having success in other interest of you such as powerlifting and your own company, I would say things are going great for you so don't sweat it that much and just grind off the last of college.

school is more about how much work you're willing to put in than how smart you are. just don't give up on account of a few classes you don't like...if you think you'll enjoy the career you'll have after those classes are complete, then the relative amount of time you have to put in to those classes in order to reach the goal of graduating and getting a job is minuscule compared to the rest of your life

You looked quite buff and handsome. Trying to get stronger too, but very skinny, if I was strong and manly I could participate in that toughmudder one day.

Been trying to lift Deadlifts and that variation of Bench, where you use the manuals instead a lot. Don't think my body is built for Deadlifts lol. I can just lift 70kg in it, and when I'm done my face is all red, I huff and puff, and I stomp my feets all proud afterwards lol.

If one thing will help you get through more than anything else, it is social learning.
Studying together with others is massive for staying focused and improving faster. Be persistent in making study groups happen. Ask those top 5 student to study together with you at the library.
Also, hire a couple of tutors for once a week sessions and go through exam problems, or areas you were having trouble with in lectures. Some tutors will be better than others, so need to try a few. make sure to write down a big ol list of things to review, otherwise you will forget in session. And maybe even email this list to he tutuor the day before so you can both be prepared to hit the topics at full power.
Maybe go and harrass your professors with a few problem at their office hours even.
Talking and discussing the course material will make it seem much more relevant and important, and might even fire up your compeditive drive onto school work again.
So: find more time, and focus that time into talking about the course whereever you can.
