Well put an offer on a house, if I end up getting it I'll post pics and stuff :3
Probably will buy it and rent out a few rooms to a few buddies, I figure if I get 2 renters at like 500/mo + we all split utilities, everyone will have a pretty good deal on this house. 15 minutes from downtown, close to a few parks, good neighborhood.
I feel pretty old now that I think that I might be a homeowner; I also feel old due to my new gf being 4.5 years younger than I do. Oh lawd - but it's worth it, robbing the craddle, etc...
Hmmm well I still work at a bank as a banker, got a promotion a few weeks ago so I can do more under my banker title. Looking to eventually get out of the retail side of the bank though, I would like something in the back office where I'm not told I'm awful everyday despite being top 10 in the state of Minnesota in our company.

My manager's manager seems to think that fear mongering is the best way to get results and I don't like to drink her koolaid, yet I crush my sales goals and bonus out in everything. Just putting my time in with the company so I can get behind the scenes eventually (hopefully within the next 12 months) |

can you run me through what you typically do in your job? - i just went back to finishing off my commerce degree (finance major) in aus, and looking into perhaps going into banking. Would love some insight. or if you had your time again what you would do etc |
