Awh man, do you have any tips for cooking, I've been trying lately to spend more time in the kitchen, and use longer preparing meals. I still feel like a noob, not sure about anything, but I spend more time there lol.

Got any site which can learn you the basics, or something like that, would be greatly appreciated.

I would say keep it simple. Go for less is more, with quality greater than quantity. Get yourself a good selection of dry herbs and buy freshs herbs for when you need them.

It is important not to overcook (which my mother tends to do). Fish and prawns are delicate that barely require any cooking. Chicken just after the pink has gone is perfect. And red meat should be served pink.

A good thing to do is every week buy a good wide selection of veg.

not my own capital injection obviously, especially for the restaurant.
just some side projects which is building on top of/expanding the family business.
