Busted out 16th, rather pissed cos i just brainfarted and stacked off with KK and flush draw in PLO. Thats not good is it?

I think anyone who is any good in several games seriously missed out if they didnt play in this one. I have only experience playing NLHE, LHE and PLO and it was extremely easy to get this far. In fact because i didnt have much expectations I didnt pay any attention to when the games have been switching so I was still playing Razz when people were playing Stud. And they were folding despite me having all those low cards up. Maybe im just a luckbox

Oh yeah, duh, cya in the final and GL at the tables dudes.

So anyway wtf is step 3?

I re-decided that my goal for this month is the play 6+ hours/day (or 42 hours/week). The past 7 days I've played 35 hours, which is simply not enough since poker is basically my primary focus over everything else right now. Its just difficult since poker takes a lot of concentration and discipline. I've really gotta do this though~

Today, unfortunately I've gotta stop with only 4 hours, but tomorrow I will try and play as many hours as I can concentrate.

Otherwise, I've played 3 or so sessions at nl25 and I've ran really bad overall IMO. I definitely need to tweak my play, because I seem to be going to showdown too light, but I am straight up running TERRIBLE at showdown. Gonna take a close look at my losing hands for the past 2.4k at nl25.

At the same time I almost feel like the only reason I'm not cutting my wrists is because my nonshowdown winnings are keeping me from losing at a sickening rate.

I'm looking at my showdown hands for this last session and its honestly pretty much total bullshit. I could of minimized very, very little of the overall crap I've dealt with.

This holiday is feeling like a run of horrible torture, at least as far as poker goes. Everything else is nice but man, I've gone from a week long break even stretch to a 3 day downswing where I can't seem to get a single thing going on. I had one session where I was briefly in the green and the rest of the time I've started off losing a cooler or a bad beat right away and then never recovering and having to quit the session in the red before I start tilting.

I'm gonna try to take some time away from poker.

this graph itself isn't very impressive, but every time i got stacked it was always an overpair vs a FD. I went 7/7 in losing to them. Only one of the Flush draws had an over to my pair. Don't think I've ever had a session like that before.

The other 2 stacks were from std. preflop coolers, and maybe another bi worth of spew to F4zi's euro ass.

Damn it is seriously snowing out here. Everything is shut down even the city buses and that never happens. I think were supposed to get about 40cm over the next few days so it doesnt look like Im going to be doing much other then grinding lol.

Yesterday My buddy Brent and I went down to London to take some shit to my new house. I met the girl who lives in the house and unfortunalty shes brutal... not hott at all. She seemed nice tho...? lol. We painted my room while we were there. I decided to paint it sky blue like my room at home. This room was already a pretty light blue so I was hoping it would only need one coat. Sadly after we finished painting the room I decided that it for sure needed another coat. I was planning on going down to do it today but the roads are just fucking brutal and its not worth the drive. I might end up going tomorrow if weather permits just so I can get it over with. I got another buddy coming down so with 3 of us we will be finished painting so quick lol.

Last night the boys and me were sitting around having some beers and watching the leafs get stomped as usual. After the leafs game we still had lots of beers left to finish but nothing to do. My buddy Colin brought up the idea that we should go Taboosening since theres so much snow right now. Its been so long since Ive done this so I thought it would be fun. We all agreed but didnt want to go to some shitty hill in a park or at a school so instead we decided we would sneak onto the local ski hill and go down there lol. When we got to the hill they were making fake snow on the hills even though it was snowing like a bitch out... wtf? So we went to the tube park. This was an amazing Idea lol. The hill was pretty big and was a bitch walking up but it was good excersise I suppose. The sweet thing was that there was a bunch of lanes already put in the hill for the inner tubes to go down on. The lanes were wide enough that we could all go down beside eachother and race down. It was fucking hilarious racing down this hill because we would all try as hard as possible to knock eachother off the GT's to win the race lol. I was tired as shit after about 10 runs because walking up, while drink, smoking cigs and joints does work on you lol. Right when we got back to our car Cops rolled into the area we were GTing in. Talk about good timing lol. It was a blast lol.

I grinded a bit today... tables werent that good but I still managed to get about a 40BB win. Might play a bit later but Ill probably end up blazing in a bit and just chillen out playing some video games lol. Later on tongiht if nothings goin downn Ill probably put in some hands so I can get GoldStar. I only need 751 more points so Ill will most likely be a Goldstar by the end of next week.

Awful session just now. -$140 after 1k hands. I need to challenge myself. Challenge myself to not get angry. Challenge myself to have self control. Challenge myself to be more mature. Challenge myself to play smart and not go "head hunting" when people suck out on me. Challenge myself to study more. Challenge myself to stick to personal commitments.

I've been talking a lot of crap lately on tables. I've been rather unlucky my past couple sessions. This last session was terrible. I lost almost 6 buy ins. I can't really blame anyone other than myself. I'm too eager to get my money in, which has it's advantages when you're running good. I need to slow down hands and play more streets, that's the only way I know I'm better than these games.

Time to go to work. When I come home I'll session again. If I drop 2 more buy ins I have to go back down to 10NL.

... i played ~1k hand per day. This will be a little less from now, cuz my exams are coming :S I guess i should post a graph, if anyone is interrested in my progress...

But first, the fun part! I'm working as a PR manager @ 2F Holding. /It's an international company, some might have heard about it/. Tonight is the closing party: we will not work between Christmas and NYE, ship! We got our reservation in one of the finest restaurant in Szeged. I had a great ~11k breakeven/losing streak, which obv fucks my winrate. Whatever, it seems like im over it. I didn't play my A game, and run horribly bad... I'm happy PokerEV doesn't work with PT3, or i would kill myself, that's for sure ^^ And if it works: plz don't tell me how!

Anyway, i'm running normal again /well, if ~11 BB/100 is normal, i guess it should be, since i was a NL100 regular not too long ago, and these morons on 25NL are soo easily exploitable/, playing well, so it seems fine.

I would like to ask for your opinion: did i really play scared money here? Cuz i feels so, i don't know why the fuck :S i have no stats, he recently sat down:

So after 2 rough months, december has been sweet to me so far. With cash and bonusses i'm up 5k this month. Still in my quest to reach supernova tho. Need to gather 23k vpp, gathered 19k this month 6 tabling NL100. Also did my first shot on nl200, which went pretty bad because I tried to ran over the table without knowning the players, went down 900, focussed a bit after that and got 400 back. After that I had to cash out 1.8k but NL100 was sweet and I'm at 5.6k+ now. Yesterday I 6 tabled 2 nl200, 4 nl100 tables and managed to win on both limits so that was pretty sweet.

Now I really hope stars will give me a little break on the required VPP points, because frankly I think I can manage 18k vpp but 23k is a lot.

Just calculated and I need to play 15k hands a day!!
Which I probably wont be able play that much.
I will at most play 10k hands/day. Which means by the end of the year I will be at 580k

Don't wanna post in HS because the hands are fairly simple and I feel stupid for spamming that part, heh. Want comments on these:

Just won a decent sized pot the last hand, we're about 130bb effective and Villian is unknown but I got the impression that he might be on the aggro side. Not necessary good, but aggressive enough. His 4bet is kinda big, and I get sick good odds for a shove but do people really bluff with that bet size? I've got 35% vs QQ+ and AK. Does he play TT-JJ that way? Standard shove? If not, do I need to flatcall pf?

I'd probably fold flop like 70% of the time or so, but as played what do you guys think about turn and river? He shouldn't have that many boats and I don't see him calling more then maybe 50% with overpairs. Villian is a new TAGish reg who doesn't seem to spewy.
