...but not pokerwise unfortunately. Have not played since last saturday when the variance really raped me hard. However proud of my quick 2bi stoploss. Have found it to be a lot more exahausting to play live than online....Have been very tired last weeks due to the combination of light cold, work and poker on evenings. So this week will be totally poker-free, which can be nice also to recover self-esteem from last session and not go into a downswing. Workwise I have been at a conferance for three days, damn boring to listen to people for 8hrs straight almost...and this monday I had my first signing/closing of a minor M&A-deal.Great milestone.

However, the headline refers not to poker but girls again, which you readers know is at least an equal interesting game/hobby for me. Here i'm still on such a sick heater...Saturday I will go on a "date" with a girl that I have avoided to date when I was in the rollercoaster and saved her intentionally for a better time..the sick thing is that it seem to have worked =) Picked up tells she was interested and gave back some hints but did'nt go further...now I have finished all other girls and yesterday it was time for action...and yup I've made it...made her take the first step so we'll be hanging out on saturday night....Although I from the beginning thought she was good-looking, it came as a bonus she has reaaaally nice photos of her since she's modelling =)

Didn't really play much this month. I played NL5 and NL 10 later on in the month. I am still trying to figure NL 10 out, I had a pretty swingy month but I think I learned a decent amount.

Started off decent, then just seemed like nothing I could do to stop the downswing, even coaching couldn't stop it we spent most the time sitting there every 30seconds it seemed with "LOL sucked out again" or "holy shit it held! oh shit nvm he hit on river"


Probably won't be able to put in more than 20k hands next month as well things are really picking up around the gym and I've been doing 2 a days for the last week already.

I was too lazy during september and only played for like 3 days. I still managed to win 100 dls at NL2 for 25K hands on those days but meeeh. I guess i don't have the stamina for the NLHE grind.

So im gonna shortstack HU PLO 50 for this month or at least till I make mad moneissss. If someone catches me playing above PLO 50 I'll ship u 10 buckaroos. (this is my promise to you, devoted reader and myself)I am still suprised at how FTP tables are so super ultra soft, except for the fkn northern european high variance donks, you just wait till I have a big enough roll to crush you biatchesss. I'll also try to post sexy hands during my endeavor.

PS I'm having my 21 BD party on friday so I'll try to post picssss =P

Wow what a shit month. down 1.2 k in NLHE. Sucks.
As I also mentioned in one of my previous blogs my car has been stolen, so I bought my sisters car for 1.5k. Its 89 toyota corolla as well. Looks decent. Still alive. So hopefully it wont break down on me and will be worth the 1.5k. In order to afford this car I had to cash out 900 bucks. That and combined downswing fucked me up.

I have low hopes for no limit. Its reg infested. Im giving a go PLO, seems like theres less competition at the moment, altho the waitlists also go up once europe time hits evening. I dont have any tracking software for PLO, so i cant really say how im playing it. But i think im up. Since i started the month with 3.6, lost 1.2 and cashed 0.9k. I should be around 3.6-1.2-0.9 = 1.5K, but im about 1.9. So sad im not even rolled for NL100, so im going down and playing buyin 50 bucks...

Since this has been an ass of a month, im gonna compensate with some hot butts.

haven't played since April, been playing dota since then. I d/l'd FTP, HEM, and got ready to grind some 25NL but to my surprise I found 2.9K on my account. It was like finding $5 in your laundry, cept a lot better.

So I played 50NL for a few days to get my groove back, my vpip going from 15/13 on the first day to 23/20 as I got more comfortable and used to poker again.

Today, I took a NL100 shot since my BR was building up quite nicely. It went really really well. I played 10 hours for 5300 hands and I'm fucking tired as fuck. Here's graphs and a few hands:

do I have to pay taxes on poker winnings? if not do I declare my winnings or just not do anything

I opened a new bank account at TD last week and I am planning to deposit 70k tomorrow 60k check/10k cash I'm aware this would look pretty suspicious as I do not have a job and my parents have no money but do I really have anything to worry about? I'm 18 and currently goto highschool

I had a cibc account where I've probably deposited 50k into the past year while I was underage also but that was in smaller increments 1k-15k

w/e advice you guys have would be appreciated

Goals for September: - Only play longer sessions of poker when I can absolutely afford the spare time. Hurrah for school. - Play 25 days out of 30 for the Take Two FTP promotion - Watch one poker video a week - Stay at NL50.

Unfortunately midterms and school are upon me, so unless another promo shows up, I'm not playing until about mid-December. Good luck to everyone in school and poker!

My friend is staking me AGAIN (cuz hes rich and stupid after me reasuring him its -EV) for the sunday $750k gtd on FTP. Im mainly a cashgame player and my roi for tourneys is pretty bad imo. I would say my early/midgame is really really bad but lategame when it gets to FT i feel really confident and people just in general play horrendous at FT i feel. However, most of the time i dont make it to FT obv... but a lot of times i feel clueless how to play early/midgame. Sometimes i play too tight sometimes too agressive etc. and make bad bluffs.


Any positive insight is greatly appreciated, sorry if my question is too general

but its fine, im totally learning who to avoid and who not to avoid. There are some key diffs at 1/2 that i def need to change up the way i play against, and i probably sat at pretty bad tables. (tables with xBerlinsXbestx and some winning 2/4 regs on my direct left 6/8 tables prolly wasnt the most +ev move), but i wanted to improve as fast as possible. Right now i feel like i'd be a very marginal 1/2 winner, but i'm proving pretty fast and shouldnt be doing alright next month.

month: +1500 or so =. Would have made alot more if i wasnt so lazy, but whatever, i learned alot and i'll be doing alright soon i think. Midterms in a week so hopefully i ship that. i just need to focus

Yeehaw!

That rescued the month. Got kicked out when my KK didnt hold up vs 87 on 8xx flop but cant complain!! Really wanted 1st place though, then it would have been my biggest cash ever in a tourney .
But so happy atm, finally won a tourney again!
