Mmm, Not posting enough. Heh. I played very little all three days. (Guess I'm not playing enough then either.) I did manage to make 3 buy ins in a little under an hour today though.

Almost didnt play today but I got on really late ~1230 and proceeded to instantly lose almost 4.5 buy ins. I stuck around and grinded it out on 6 tables at UB and won it all back plus some profit in about 3 or 4 hours total. So...

Guess I'm not quite over 10k bankroll after all, but I do take some out every once in a while to pay for stuff. Guess I shouldn't do that too often. Bankroll is at 9600 or so it looks like, so I need to do some more grinding but I feel like I'm right on pace. I think I'll start skipping the Tuesday night games because they arent really that profitable compared to if I spent the same amount of time online grinding.

Played the 1/2 live game tonight for several hours. Made a decent amount, one hand that was controversial was the following:

Villain limps for $5 (We were doing one $5 blind short handed) => I raise to $20 with [6c 3c] => villain reraises to $50, we both have about 400 so I call.

Pot: 105 Flop: [Ac 2c 3d] Villain bets $50 after thinking a bit, I re-raise him all in for his last $205, He calls and flips up [Ad 2s] for 2 pair giving me a 40% chance to take the hand.

I obviously hit and he got pissed, which is why i'm posting this up, but I really dont think it's bad on my part. The only hands that are crushing me are AAA, 333, 222, A3...and 45 which I couldnt put him on because of the limp reraise (I obviously didnt put him on A2 either...) He bet so weakly that I put him on a high pocket and thought I could easily represent the AK/AQ or whatever but he called and I scooped it with the flush. It just seems like he obviously shouldnt have that hand, but if he has AK with no club im still a marginal favorite to win the hand. I figured that with his range I certainly had fold equity and just wanted to post this to get it out of my system.

Did really horrible in the live game on Tuesday, but I came back later that night and cleaned it up, I was in for 900 and cashed out about 1600 so that was good. Today I played about $350 worth of MTTs and didnt cash in any of them. Fortunately I made $675 playing 1/2 on UltimateBet while I was in the MTTs, making myself 300 profit for the day or so.

w00t broke the 3k barrier. Took me 22 Days to do it, but i think most people don't make 3k in 3 weeks so I'm not too worried about it.

Ps: On a bright note, I fully countered my downswing at the beginning and again in the middle of this month. I made all of my money back and i'm in the green for december! yesss. Now I have 4 days in which to play to determine how much I'll have made for the month, but overcoming that horrible 3k downswing at the beginning of this month already feels like a tremendous victory.

I'll be skipping my thursday night game this week to go to a wedding, but i'll play online at night. I plan on going out on Saturday to the 2/5 game with a couple friends so hopefully we clean that up.
