update: nobody wanted to play $1 best of 3 roshambo with me so I played a guy at $0.10 and tried to trash talk him into playing some higher stakes. I 2-0'd him (obv) and kept talking but he was a nit.
After that I moved over to single player blackjack. Using the martingale system (bet X, if you lose, bet 2x next time, if you lose again bet 4x, etc) I've gotten my $10 up to $25. More updates coming. Btw not quitting until I get $100.
edit: FUCK went on tilt after I got it up to $35 and back down to $25, so I shoved it all in on one hand. Made it to 16 or something, decided dealers 3 showing was good enough to hope he busts (I don't know any strategy). He got it up to 15 then hit an ace and a 3 to get to 19.
my sisters boyfriend/fiance got a new mustang that my sister signed for. Tis bum lost his job and has lost like 3 more since obtaining it. I've loaned them money to keep it but they are now a payment behind and today is the second payment. She & i think he wont have the money for it. so the deal is i take the mustang over if he cant pay. im thinking of mugging him so he doesnt have the money!

its a 2001 mustang with about 50k miles on it. payments with insurance will be about 500 a month. EZ for a nl200/400 baller. ship ship. i have no credit and cant get financed because no proof of employment, so this is my only option unless i just pay 5k for a shit car. im hoping once i get it my dad will co-sign and get it refinanced because otherwise ill be paying 21% intrest on my sisters loan cuz the bitch has terrible credit.

I am going to be heading to Atlantic City the weekend of the 20th-22nd. My grandmother is a super degen gambler, and is a 7 Star VIP through Harrahs. This is their top tier, for those of you who have no idea what im talking about. Basically, shes a baller. We fly out to AC on a private jet. Get picked up by a limo. We get an Atrium Suite at Harrahs, which is baller obv. We get all food at restaraunts affiliated with Harrahs comp'd. We get free drinks and food in their 7 Star room, including Dom P and the like. Its gonna be amazing. Ill be playing the 2-5 game while I am there, and hopefully go robusto. Wish me luck
I've played a pathetic amount of hands this week, but the session this morning was really good. I made a couple questionable calls that I'd like some input on, but other than that, I was playing very well.
These last few months have been pretty shitty. I'm essentially in the middle of a ~20k break-even/losing run, and it's starting to piss me off.
I know I know 20k hands is nothing, pussy!, but I'm still extremely frustrated. Mostly because I don't get a chance to play as many hands as a lot of you, and 20k hands represents a good amount of time.
Oh, I'm going to be in Vegas this weekend on business, and I'll have ~6 hours or so Sunday morning at the tables if anyone happens to be around at that time. I'll probably play some 200NL at MGM. If anyone has advice on better games (near MGM), do tell.

(Note we are somewhat deep) I question my flat of his min-raise on the flop. I put him on 99/TT/JQ/JT, and I was going to re-evaluate a blank turn. Once he leads weakly on the turn, is this an automatic shove? What if we were 100bb deep? The fact he fired another bullet on the turn led me to believe that I had very little FE here, and I decided to take a cheap river.

Very interesting hand here. I feel that I definitely could have found a fold on the river, but what about my flop bet? I hate hate hate automatically assuming villain hit a flush, and I'll lead out like this 90% of the time heads-up. Is this okay? What if I wasn't holding the Kc? and lol @ slow-playing the 7-high flush dumbshit.

I'm not too stoked about how I played this hand. I didn't lead this flop because this guy wasn't being all that active, and I was okay with keeping the pot small at this point. His $4 bet behind led me to believe he was very weak, and I really should have put a raise in here. Once he checked behind on the turn, I had the feeling that I had him crushed (TT-JJ/AK), and I was comfortable with v-betting the river and folding confidently to a re-raise.
I played the flop like shit though.
I took a little break from poker over the weekend, and had class this week, so I hadn't played for a while until last night. Hopefully I started to break my July downswing, as I finished up a little over $1,100 in about 2k hands, despite losing two huge pots where I got it all-in as a big favorite:
Basically I've been playing more lately cuz normally I play 2k hands a month cash out a couple hundred and call it good. So the last few days I've been playing more (more being like 800 hand sessions) and I've run so so so bad. I've dropped like 6 buy-ins in maybe 3k hands and if I hadn't won a sunday million seat, hopefully 2 which is in the works as we speak I'd be under 2k for the first time in a long time. All I can say is I need to stop cashing out and finally build my roll.

My new monitor (Samsung 244T) finally arrived ^^ I'm so happy about it. I feel like I've just bought a new computer. It's only one step in upgrading my PC.
Now I'm looking for a new mouse, keyboard (both wireless), music card and the speakers (dunno if I need 5.1 or maybe just 2.1 ?!, what do you think ?). I would be very thankful if you had any ideas what should I get
