So I deposited 1k on betsson and I've been playing some mtt's and NL50. Its been going ok I guess. Life is good, im in my home town taking it easy. I still need to get my computer and some more stuff from my apartment in Stockholm.
I got home last night very tired and proceed to watch the Steelers vs Jaguars football game but I was getting a little bored during commercials so I started playing this $16.50 tourney. I was very sick, with a cold and some fever and just wanted to NFL game to end to go to bed but then I found myself going deep in the tourney. I didn't want to win it to be honest, I was falling sleep in the first two hours because I was sick and tired but then everything disappeared as I was taking everybody's chips.
Had a bunch of 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishes but this is my first 1st place finish ever for $2670 and change.
Also, I played the Sunday Warm-up and Million today. Finished in 169th at the Warm up for $508 but lost at Million after two and a half hours of play.
So I kinda broke even.

Yup, since the beginning of this year I've made over 10k$!!! My bankroll is at 34k but if you include rakeback I've got a pretty 36k! I'm really happy about the result, I hope it keeps going well. I've tried NL400 HU(I still mostly play NL400/NL600 6max) a bit more and I'm getting mixed results again, mostly because some player are very good and some are extremely bad. So it kinna even out with a small profit, I also have fun playing 100$ SNG head up because player are so bad it's almost ridiculous. They usually last around 10-20mins and its a really easy 100$, I would compare those player to the skill of the bad NL50 head up regular I used to play(very bad -_-). If I ever hit 50k I might give a try to NL1000 but honestly I'm not so sure about how I will be able to react to the regulars around there. I guess just full datamining and obsing. Does anyone know how soft is NL1000 on ultimate bet? Cause I don't really know anyone from this forum playing those stakes on UB.
I went skiing(not like going downhill from a mountain, just skiing in the forest w my parents) and felt a couple of time. It's kinna hard not to fall when you go fullspeed w those kind of ski and there no trail - especially today since it was pretty icy and the forest was full of big hills. Didn't do it since a while but it's good to get in shape and well I did something with my parent(I guess thats a good thing).
Solid grind this morning for 2 hrs, while i played the $10k gtd. Busted out, felt unsettled during the whole tourney. My ring games went well. Short session, and i am going back to sleep.

Anyway, just wanted to write a few stupid sentences to make it official i have a blog, not just any blog A POKER BLOG. Although i think its gonna be just a place to whin after the beats i'm gonna get.
For starters, I shall introduce myself - pokerwise. Probably like a lot of people i knew poker in form of FiveCard Draw. The in may/june 2006 i saw monte carlo EPT coverage and started being curious about rules and then where to play and before i noticed i was playing freerolls and play money tables on boss media and bwin (ongame). This lasted til my brother also playing hit freeroll and we started to build a roll from 1.35$. We must have had a hot run 'cuz we made to like 120$ in 3 weeks not really playing much. Just a NL10 ongame. Then of course, we dropped dead and started to play for our separate accounts. Since that i wasnt really playing, cuz i had to finish school. Shit this is getting long... anyway i played pretty much whole time but never with a real concept. That changed in the beginning of 2007. I wanted to build a roll and play decent stakes. Never did so I'm regular idiot playing NL25 for 6 months now. Of course i had a shot on NL50, but being a unlucky station i dropped back to NL10 first two weeks in october. Now i'm playing 6max NL25, usualy 4 tables, sometimes with sng to be fifth. I also do MTTs, but i dont do any good.
Anyway if you read all this crap to the end... you gotta be very patient or nuts - go figure ;-)
Anyways, thinking about starting to blog about poker and how that + other stuff goes since David tells me its good thing to do. So we will see how that works out..
Today I had very good session, I played about 25 5+0,5 Sngs (on bwin) and I earned 60USD.
Now I have 260 USD and I´m more closely to move to 10+1,
I want to move when my BR grow to 330 USD. And I almost cleared xmas 100 USD bonus.

i hate variance... get my money good but get sucked out on too much. i complain a lot but whatever. i cashed out $40 cuz i'm hella broke (that's so sad isn't it hahaha). br is $60 right now
anyways, this just happened to me... i have 57o, 2nd in chips (4 left), i'm in the BB, folds to the SB (he has like 1400 chips, i have about 2200). blinds are 80/160, he calls... flop is 235 rainbow. he checks, i push. good or bad? i figured since he's kind of short he wouldn't call preflop with something that's not crap. he ended up have 46cc, so maybe i'm just being result oriented
Casino session+NL100 sessionby Question, January 06
I went to 50$ Freezeout to Always Nuts casino. There were 27 players (3 tables) in and it looked like good tournament. I started to play very aggresive, but I lost some chips and became shortstacked. Blinds were low so I decided to play little more conservative. I was waiting for cards and I won some pots. When just 2 tables left I had to push some garbagge and I was out (13 place). So i joined to waiting list to 1.5/3$ cashgame and after half hour I took a seat. First two hours I had very bad cards,but after I won some pots and I almost double uped. Latter some players left the table so I played just with 5 villains. I had TcTs UTG+1 so I raised up to 12$ and 5 players called me. Flop came 743 rainbow so I made just little bet like 30$ and one villain raised me to 50$. He was big fish and I put him to top pair with ace, 88, 99 or pure bluff!! because lot of livepoker fishes like slowplay with set or straight. So I put 150$ and he quickly pushed me all in around 200$ more or something like that. It was pretty sick. I was thiking for a long time - around 5 mins, I asked him:"Do you have a set?" and he said:"Better than that". Now I was 75% sure about he wanted to bluff me so I made a call he showed 45 and I won a pot. It was soooooooo sick hand. So it was pretty good session and my live poker Bankroll growing up fast. (I want to build Bankroll for 3/6$ soon)
I played NL100 today and It was pretty good session again.
Played last night when i got home at 6am - 9am. Had an awesome night. Went out with my good friends. We will probably go to melbourne in 2 weeks to catch the last weekend of the Aussie millions. The ring games will be really good. Basically it will be good to get a weekend away, provided i can get a day off work on the friday.
1k hands, ended down -$90. I was pretty drunk. Was down $180 at one stage early in the session, i managed to concentrate and play well and make some back... i lost about $150nett by playing like a moron, so no excuse really. just lame.
Then I played 807 hands today for +$75. I played AJ at the end of the session in position. Called 2 barrels from a guy with my nut fl draw, and missed. Cost me $13. Fukn AJ and QK suck.
Basically evened out. Playing drunk is bad. Try not to do this in the future.
I earned enough MPP points to register for the $9.6k 500MPP entry. So its a freeroll. It is on in 11 hrs.
I will try go to sleep, and then play in the early morning
Not much of a tourney player, but we'll see how i can go. At the moment there is only 82 runners. So we will see how many end up playing..
Very wierd session. Played for like 3+ hours too. It was such a mix of good/bad luck. I hit quads 3 times, after not hitting quads since i've started a month and half ago. Got a ton of AK AQ AA KK QQ. But i didnt get any fucking action. I couldnt even get people to call me on draws. But every single cbet that i didnt hit, they rr me without fail. I dont think i made it past turn on all but one or two of my AA KK QQ. Lots of HH's though, i'd appreciate any comments + Show Spoiler +
