Ok so I decided that since my holidays are going to end fairly soon, and since I am a massive Star Wars fan, the following MUST be done:
Watch every movie (ep 1 to ep 6) in the same day with-out a break except for toilet/getting food.
To prepare, I need a copy of each movie on dvd, meaning today I'm going to have to go and buy ep 1 and ep 2 on dvd (have them on VHS only, but our player died ages ago). I will also need to buy food. LOTS of food.
Feel free to drop any suggestions on food, but so far I know I'm going to buy like 2 packets of chips, marshmallows, block of chocolate, bottle of coke, maybe a bottle of lemonade, and a burrito kit for 'major' meals throughout the day.
Has any one else done this? It wouldn't surprise me. And it kinda reminds me of that 100k prop bet for living in a bathroom for 1 month. Except this is just one day. And I still talk to whoever I want.
So I played a $1 tournament last night on stars, there was 1500 people, it was down to 50 people and average stack was 28k, I had 40k, I was on the button and I shoved all in with QTs in a steal attempt, probably not the best way to go as big blind, who was chip leader of the whole tournament called and showd JJ and hit a J on the flop.
I'd only just got to this table so I know the steal was a very bad move as I had no reads on any players and definetely shouldn't have shoved 40k into a 130k stack with QT.
I think next time I play one of these I'll be able to do just as well and make the FT, I'm confident I would have final tabled it last night had it not been for the bad steal attempt.

wow today was one of the most amazin luck days in my experience!
I started kinda bad, was 3$ in the negative, kept playing normally and then... and then luck came!
Every time i get sucked out, i mumble to myself, WTF why cant this happen to me?! I realized that for 'that' to happen, you need to get yourself in those kinds of situations -- the suckout situations. Ofc I realized that kind of play isnt profitable in the long run, but now im talking too much.
Anyway, i played normally most of the time, but today the flops just kept coming out nicely, top pair no potential draw threats. I kept betting, they kept calling, my stack kept increasing. Today was the day i was hoping for on so many ocasions. Every time my opponent made a bad call, i told to myself/him, "just you wait!". Newbs got punished today, even in the I played risky or simply badly.

Wow this is just plain fucking sick, I wanna puke. I'm running extremely bad I'm almost down 5k since 4days. I wanna freaking murder someone. I really want to make it back before I next week, else I will fuck up school very very bad because of it. I'm still fucking unable to control these feelings it's annoying. I have a new love, and it's not ape smashing bitches at NL400 on stars. It would be a girl, but I have a new years resolution to keep-up so it can't be that! My new love started last Saturday when I went to a local Surf shop and finally got myself a fin for my 9 foot longboard. Strapped my board onto the top of my car and took the 10 min drive out to La Jolla Shores beach at around noon. Everyday since Saturday I've been out to La Jolla Shores surfing and wow... it's a fucking blast. At first I was pretty terrible, but now I can get up a ride a few of the smaller waves pretty well. My goal... even though it might be impossible... and a bit suicidal... is to be like this guy:

I clear my bonus for $30 in another 80 FPPs so then I think I'll have the br ($120) to start playing the $5 sngs and 4/180s !!
Can't wait, I'm crushing the $1 sngs but hopefully the next level of sng will have a more competent level of player so that I can stop only playing ABC/Position poker and start learning how to be a bit more consistent with steals, squeezes etc.
Also I'm going to try my hand at some of the tournaments with higher buy-ins, I find myself going deep most of $1 MTTs I play in but getting bored of folding and shoving over and over, which is a bad thing, I know.
If anyone would like to play some micro HU games on stars I'd be down for that as I know I need to work on my HU game.
ran pretty hot but i also felt really comfortable. made some dumb moves that i knew i was making as they happened, so i'd like to cut down on those. but overall i feel good about how this experiment is going so far

ok i've been on my 6th day of losing now i took my 8 bi to over 100 bi and ran into a very cold streak of cards the last week. talk about losing some hands AK vs A2c flop top 2 and he hits runner runner flush, next beat AA vs QQ 592r i bet he raises i push all in and he waits and calls and hits the q on the river 2 outter love it, had KK bl 100/200 utg bets 600 next pos raises to 2k i push a 4k stack in 22 calls all his chips on 22 and flops the 2 got to love being 2 outted again...seems like every time im running good poker stars runs updates on my computer program for stars and here comes the cold cards all over again so after a week im going to take a couple days off to try to get this cold streak off me...let me know if anyone else has had the updates and then lost for a couple days
