gonna keep grinding, kinda annoyed, not really focused on winning money but making the right decision on each hand, guess its only 10k hands of downswinging, still really annoying.
this rant could be extremely long and pissy, bottom line comes down to i'm 75-95% almost everytime last 3 days and just keep getting shit on, on the river =[
I feel i played the best poker this month, at the beginning of the month i had 20 bucks in both poker accounts after my downswing and was on the verge of smashing my monitor. Fortunately my boy gave me some good support and told me i had to grind this shit through the good and bad times. My biggest leak was definitely paying off with TPTK and not folding enough when raised on latter streets. That has all changed.
In May i plan to grind out nl25 for a bit and see how it goes and possibly move up to nl50, as i am rolled for it once my bonus clears. I'm not working , and hope to put in a 100 hour month for the first time. I might switch to another site for another 100% bonus and/or Rakeback, but i really dont wanna make the same mistake i made before and move to a low traffic shitty site where im playing the same nit regs EVERY day all day, where the live ones at??
Today i played the worst, donked off 4 buyins in under 1000 hands.
P.S. I HATE the 71/11/0.5 fish 400bb deep who runs super hot stacks all the regs on the table with his J7o and leaves. I want my money back fish

I'm moving in with my friend in a couple weeks and stuff, not much else to update except that i almost died recently from appendicitis. Luckily it stopped hurting so bad that i couldnt move and i saved myself from a 1k+ trip to the emergency room and or a way expensive surgery to remove my appendix (run good with sturbbornness?)

edit - i think my plan for next month is to win however much it is that i need to cashout to live on for june@ nl100, so probably 1.5k-2k and then cash it out and dedicate the rest of the month of may becoming nl200 only
edit 2 - I'M SO HAPPY that im not a retard degen who cant handle losing anymore. That break even stretch did nothing but drive me to play more and more. The old me would have said fuck it and cashed out or took a shot at a big tournament or something. Going on 3 months of successful grinding maybe i'll post my whole graph from the time i deposited to cake.

I spent the first month in Las Vegas refining my FR game because I am way too lag on the 1/2 tables. After a month of doing so, I reverted back to my regular game, 6max, since its time to start making real money.
I fixed some major leaks I had in fr for when I visit the casino, although I'm mostly an online player and will be mostly just that until I have $18k (then ill put 8k in the cage for 1/2 and leave 10k online)
Now I'm very confident I will be able to win in the casino on a regular basis and at home in my 6max games, time well spent imo.
During my 1st month in Las Vegas, I've learned how bad my ego was, how much I have to learn, humbled myself alot, learned theres a big difference between confidence and ego, and learned that I am NO WHERE NEAR the top MTT players (thx bigred000)
Also got stoned with bigred on 4/20 and listened to a lot of his tournament philosophy, felt like i was a student sitting in a chair listening to a great teacher. Was an awesome experience, although I was really fucking high and alot of it didn't stick, so you better get your ass over here today or this weekend bigred :-)

During WSOP time, after I learn more about MTT's from pxfactor and stoxpoker I will start taking MTTs seriously, although I am and always will be a fulltime cashgame player.
(I will sell %'s of me to people stupid enough to buy them! Just playin, I'm sure when the stakes are high and prizes are high I'll be at my 100% best game.)
I won't be going back into the MTT circuit til my online roll gets much larger though, and realize after talking with bigred how much I need to learn to be a competent winning tournament player itlr and not just a lucky donk. :-)

rS.evade has railed me during a session I played yesterday, and found two major leaks I had in my game that I never recognized as leaks for the last years, which will drastically improve my winrate itlr. He also taught me how to use the huds correctly, and am very appreciative for what he has helped me with. I believe that I'm now capable of being a winner on midstakes, but only time will tell.
He also clogged our toilet, lol, someone send a plumber to our apartment plz. Its been like 3 days and still nobody has come to fix it. wtf! Its like im living in the phillipines or something -_-

so i just woke up a few hours ago, just in time for the bruins to sweep les lâches in the NHL playoffs.
anyways, last night I realized I play too much poker because I had a bizarro dream about Nazgul and Raszi, whom I don't even know whatsoever in real life. It was one of those things where I don't even know what they look like but I know it was them in the dream because of context etc.
I rarely remember dreams too so when I do remember one it freaks me out. Anyways, so check this dream out.
I get off a plane in some middle-eastern city, like, Beirut or Baghdad or something. I show up at some car auto-body shop and Raszi shows up and is like "yo me and nazgul borrowed 120k from you man" and I was like "dude come on! you can't just do that!" and they were like "nah it's cool we'll pay you back."
So I went to a computer and checked and it said like "120k loaned to Raszi and Nazgul" and I was all bummed out about it because they didn't ask they just borrowed it without letting me know until I got off the plane in the middle east. So then I go back to the auto body shop and find Raszi again and I'm like "yo Raz, what the hell did you need the 120k for anyways" since I cooled off a little bit. He was like "you really want to know?!?!" and got all excited and pulled back this curtain in the auto body shop and behind it was like a massive spaceship looking thing. Nazgul popped out of the drivers seat of it and is like "yo nolan! this shit gets 25 trillion horse power! sick right!!! we'll pay you back soon!"
I shook my head, walked down some middle-eastern street, and woke up.
Weird, huh.
p.s. i went through HEM and looked at my last 25 flips (AK vs QQ JJ TT etc and vice versa) that were all in preflop at 3/6 6m and 9m, and I'm 2 for 25. I don't think I've flipped worse than that in my life, and would be surprised if it ever happened again. Good news is I'm still somehow slightly in the positive. Anyone check out their longest flip cold streak? Bet there's some way better than mine.
