I managed to pass the 300€ ( 15buy in) profit mark which i set as my minimum goal for this month just a few minutes ago.
Only played 16K hands in march so far mostly 4 tabling.
I am very positive i will pass the 400€ mark this month

I have a question about which MMA gloves the other mma guys here use and which are worth their money.
SO far i only know the Harbingers and they are very good
however their design is almost 4 years old and id like to know if there has new and better stuff come on the market ?
Lots of u have allready seen the hand i am talking about.
I played a session 3 tabling and i did really well.
Playing very good doing the right things in the right spots and running okay untill the following hand appeared :
I was up 35€ ( 54$) at around hand 600 being very satisfied with how things went.
I offchecked the auto-blind post feature to play my last few hands before i get out with friends and drink some.
Then something happend in my mind which allready occured in the past but i thought i had successfully fixed that severe leak of mine.

Still ended the session up + 41 euro ( 64$)
overall i am up ~ 260€ now for march
I think deep down in my heart i am a serious degen ...
And i need a lot of concentration to supress this.
I sometimes have an inner voice that tells me to do stupid things ...
I dont only have this in poker but in life in general.

I think it just occured from years of boredom of a normal life in before i got 16 years old.

Its just that this thing is exactly the worst characteristic u can have in poker.
So i must supress it while pokering
So far it has been a constant rollercoaster up and down.
Atm i am + 223 € ( 360 $) overall in the first 14 days of march
I am not sure if i am happy with that.
I guess somehow the results are not too bad. + 11 Buy ins at half of the month.
If i continue like that i should be happy to end month with + 450€ ( + 700$) which is not too bad for mostly Nl20€ ( Nl30$)
I dont know why i am unhappy with that
I guess its mostly cause it felt like hard work in March ... while having a poor $/h rate.
starting every session down at least -4-5 buy ins the first 400hands due to bad luck then slowly grinding back in a ton of hands to end up like 2/3 buy in on average...
well things could be worse
And besides that i feel a big Upswing comming for the second half of the month as i made + 5 buy ins in my last 700hands
Hm i played another session of Nl50 FR
I played not good and spew away a lot of money...
also lost some flips like FD+ AK vs KK on flop.
nevertheless i ended up 7$
After playing a shitload of Nl30 ( Nl20€) 6 max NL50 FR seems so fucking easy.
everybody is a nit without balls.
Just raise the shit outa them and give up when they repop ( which is almost never the case) ...
then valuetown them hard when u have a set or 2 pair straight or whatever when they play their AA Kk QQ ...
I will change back to 6max tomorrow but if i run bad i ll stick to Nl50$ FR for a while i guess.

Recently there was a big discussion in germany about the increase of violence by our youth.
Thats where the film is set in a fictive
Scenario :
Due to the public being in fear of violent teenagers the staate decides to give the police more power.
The goal is to prevent violent acts of teenagers before they even happen.
The police is allowed to use every way they see as neccessary to operate successfully vs teenagers that are potentially being in act of doing violent stuff.
The problem is now that many of the police officers begin to enjoy their new power and misuse it.
They start to beat up teenagers for fun.

to make it look more realistic they plan to make real contact in the fight scenes. ( not full contact 100% but they actually wanna hit the person)
So they need a person whom they can beat up a bit without hurting him too much.
they needed someone who is young enough , looks like some teen rebel skater when clothed right and can take some punches without getting hurt.
So they went to the next MMA dojo and found me

I recently changed from Unibet to Ipoker cause i run like shit on Unibet.
first 600 hands on Ipoker were just lol ...
gonna play there a bit more than i will cash back to Unibet and profit of the welcome back rigged bonus
Since i was fed up with 6max on Unibet
I searched for some alternative
I had 2 possibilities in mind.
Either play Nl25 FR on Pokerstars
or play low limit Heads up.
Ipoker and Fulltilt were the only Sites with low limit Heads up tables.
So i cashed into Ipoker playing some Nl4 heads up to get started.
Rake is just ZOMG >_< and i think i d would be completely - EV if not villians dont know even the basics of poker on that level.
First match was over relativly fast.
After a few hands i figured out villian will check Top pair on flop and then bet big on Turn no matter how drawheavy the board is.
he will check // check if he has nothing or a draw
and he wont bet out himself ever on flop ...
this is what happend
he got A6 i got J8
Flop A8Q
he checks i bet he calls
turn 8
he bets i 3 bet he shoves

2nd Villian was even worse.
He played exactly like an open book and after 50 hands i sometimes called for fun just to see if my guess of his hand was right .. when i assumed i was behind.
I was right 100% ....
He always did the following.
Preflop : absolutely no concept ! sometimes he raises 83o sometimes he limps pockets ... but he never 3 bets
Flop : he always checks .. no matter what he hit or what the board is he always checks flop 100%
he will Fold to a bet with air ... he will call with A high and a medium hand + he will also call with a strong hand
turn : if he called with a monster he will bet out turn 100%
if he called with a good hand he will check/ call turn
if he called with a weak hand he will check/call turn
river : if he called with a good hand on turn he will now bet out river // 4 bet big // shove river 100%
if he called with a weak hand he will check // call
he played this style 100% and never made any exceptions during our whole match.
he was very easy to exploid since he only bet out with very good hands but check // called a very big range of medicore staff.
I start like this every damn session for the last 10 days now >_<
my average won at SD for the last 15 K hands is ~ 42 %
I start every session - 4-6 buy ins in the first 600 hands with a wonn atSD of 10-30%
then i grind back to breakeven ....
I am probably done with Unibet for a while >-<
Overall i profitet + 258 (390 $) € in 2 month on Unibet .... which is better than nothing but still sucks seeing how much effort i put in ...
Since i run terrible the last days i was trying to find some leaks to improve my game.
I made a 2 table session trying to see how different things work out.
1. How often should you 3 bet on micro stakes Nl20€ ( Nl 30$)
3 Betting preflop could obviously be a good source of money income ... otherwise at higher stakes there wouldnt be so much light 3 betting.
in a small 207 hands session i 3 bet 16 times preflop.
I got called by the original raiser 9 times ( 56% )
I won the pot with a big continuation bet on flop 3 out of the 9 times.
So overall i won the pot 7 times preflop = + 5,60 euro
I won it 3 times on flop = + 9 euros
I lost it 5 times on flop wheres 2 times i check/fold and 1 time i won vs midstack = ~ - 16 euros
so overall first impression is that 3 betting light preflop doesnt really have a big influence on how much youre winning.
sample size is really small though and i will continue to do research on that.
2nd stuff was 3 beting Flop or turn when the board seems dangerous and i have the feeling villain is not an agressive player.
this might actually be a real goldmine though you have to be really careful vs which villians u do it.
Its absolut horror for u if u do it vs stations !
u can only do this vs tight "regulars" who play abc poker 19/16/3
but it works kinda good vs them.
another leak is that i overplay play AK preflop.
I tend to call all-ins and or shove over 3 bets way too much and end up vs KK AA almost always.
from a mathematical point of view at micro limits this is just bad.
when people 3 bet they have QQ KK AA AK and that is 98% sure on NL20€ ( Nl 30$)
so i am either totally fucked or have a coinflip ...

would be nice if someone can explain to me , why 3 betting light is so good on higher stakes and if there is a chance u can apply this on lets say Nl50$
