Not everyone here browses TL, so I thought I'd make this post here.
Just some pictures of me with my toys and a video to bring in the new year (sorry for the intonation, I have tons of excuses xD)
Ehh, I don't have HEM since I wiped for Windows 7, so no graphs.
-$400$340 today, which isn't bad because I was on a lolshot of NL100 (2 tables NL100 after my br hit 2200) and I've been running like GOD at NL50 (I don't think I have had a losing session for all of December, and I've played daily).
Considering my last poker related blogpost was when I was at 800, 1880 isn't a bad number to be at right now.
I don't feel any pain. I'm really proud of myself for quitting once I knew I hit my stoploss, and I'm ready to play NL50 again.
I feel quite comfortable at NL100, but maybe I'll wait until 2500 to take another shot. 4 buyins is so standard that I can lose it at the drop of a hat, so waiting for more of a cushion is a good idea, I think.

EDIT: Oh yeah, since starting the p90x (I'm on week 6), I've gained 6lb! Yeah, I'm a skinny asian -_-;;
I have this problem that when I haven't touched poker in a while, I get really cold and start shivering. It actually takes away from my play because I'm continually thinking "Jeebus it's cold in here". Brrrrr...
I played one session in October, it was just now, and I lost some money.

Thus ends my boring blog. No pictures or graphs, since I just installed Windows 7 and haven't gotten my poker stuff aligned yet.

- Only play longer sessions of poker when I can absolutely afford the spare time. Hurrah for school.
- Play 25 days out of 30 for the Take Two FTP promotion
- Watch one poker video a week
- Stay at NL50.

Unfortunately midterms and school are upon me, so unless another promo shows up, I'm not playing until about mid-December. Good luck to everyone in school and poker!

I was going to eBay this, but I think LP should get first dibs on something SC II related. Also, I don't want to pay a listing fee on eBay, and I don't like PayPal.
It's going for about $150 USD on eBay, so if anyone's interested, you can PM me or post here. I was going to keep mine, but the extra money (for a student) is a little too good to give up. Price is negotiable obviously.

Hm I guess this blog could use some info. Down 10bi in the last 4 days, but breakeven at NL25 so far. Standard standard. Had someone trustworthy sweat my session recently, so I'm 98% sure I'm playing well (the 2% is undiscovered, and obviously I can always strive to play better). Although I am 100% sure I am playing well enough to beat the limit. So just grinding hands and trying not to feel bad =]
I've definitely fixed leaks and spew like there's no tomorrow, and I'm still trying to beat this by September.
Moved down to NL10 in late June.
NL25 towards the end, definitely plugging my leaks there imo.

I was taking a look at my NL10 stats, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest any adjustments to my preflop ranges from any position, since I'm moving up and would like to fix a lot of my leaks. I've had a few discussions on the side, mostly regarding stealing from the sb, which I almost never do. I know my button/cutoff need to get much looser, but I'm not sure what hands to add to that range. Right now I'm raising any ace, any suited king, most unsuited kings, sc's, pairs, anything that looks kind of pretty. I only have 20k hands here, sorry about that.
I have some other leaks I'd like to discuss but I think this one is really big and needs to be fixed before the others.
