ok, first off let me state this all happens during my dream


Its the middle of the night and I'm asleep, and all the sudden a group of ppl walk in. Theres Rekrul, BlueWolf, Artanis, Sheitan and uh my friend Nick Bowman from college

first off lemme tell u guys about each person individually

rekruls been an online friend, he was the best sc player from the usa, probably the main reason i got into poker, and hes always had an extremely good thinking logical poker mind.

Bluewolf was a sc player that i always thought was a douchebag, no offense, idk why, just never really liked him. i think he played toss and was a good player though, i met him at wcg once and was nice to him and his brother for like 20 mins then never saw him again. i did see him get uber good at sc in later days though ( i met him in 02)

Artanis is someone I've been getting to know recently and I have a lot of respect for him, he didn't do much in the dream, he was more like sitting there watching what was going on between rekrul and bluewolf.

Sheitan was in the dream...which is weird cuz i didn't know what he looked like, but i'll get to that in a minute.

My friend from college nick bowman was in the dream, he was an avid CS player and MMORPG player, also a pretty cool guy and fun to hang out w/


Ok, so i wake up in the dream, yet im still dreaming, i wake up to realize that im in my moms house which is weird since i haven't lived there for an extended time in like 5 yrs, but w/e u know how dreams go. So they all show up and i'm like, dude, did u guys see my commercial? I'm on TV. They're like what?? I'm like yeah, I was just in San Diego and they threw a pass to some reciever and i ran into the field and caught it and started yelling "hahahahaha san diego sucks" (which has relevence since the bills beat san diego last week and i've been die hard billz fan for my whole life)

so i show them it, look on lp and see a thread about it w/ alot of lolz n shit, all good times

i start chattin w/ rek a lil, hes being pretty quiet, but i can see hes up to something. then all the sudden hes like lets get a chess tournament going. obv we're playin for moniez, first he starts off w/ a best of 5 vs bluewolf and hes insta down 1-2 when i ask how its going, he wasn't too happy, they never finished the series so GG rekrul, u lost to bluewolf, "HAHAHA INTERCEPTION, U SUCK"

Artanis was sitting in a chair practically the whole time, on the side of the chess board just obbing the game and not really talking or doing anything.

My friend nick bowman was reading my mind, everytime i thought "u suck, or ur fat" he would counter with "u suck, or ur too skinny", she was drivin me crazy, was like he was the thought police or something!

lol, and sheitan was there, he was showing me pictures of himself online for some fucked up reason, being like "look this is what i looked like in high school (looked like a picture of a guy about 6'4 245 lbs with some crazy hair and he was much bigger than the other 15 ppl or so that were in the picture)

then like all the sudden he turns into a softy and he shows me new pictures of him that are this crazy anime girl? LOL, what the fuuuuuuuuuck does this mean? lollolololol idk but i think it was all just pretty funny.

Oh, sheitan was on my stars account too, and i KNEW i had $432 on my stars account, and i didn't trust him for some reason (no offense sheitan, only a dream), so i check my account when he leaves to see whats up and i see that I have only $315 left. I'm like zOMG WTF happened, so i check my transfers and i see he transfered himself $120 from my account. I'm like fuck fuck fuck, so i do a cancel pending transfers (ya i know its impossible on stars but this is like a bank transaction in a dream i guess), and then i check my account to make sure everything was back to $432 and it was at $100. IM LIKE WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE.

So i woke up instantly.

artanis is very observant
sheitan is a big boy w/ a soft spot for anime girls?
nick is a mindreader and a dick about it

As clafified in earlier blog posts, I'm Yet again working my way up the cashgame ladder. (if u don't know just read through yesterdays blogs and comments)

today i started with $30, 4 tabling nl2.

the game is ridiculously easy (jinx) at these stakes though, i managed to win 7bi in close to 2 hrs of play

heres my stats from todays session;

During current Hold'em session you were dealt 1389 hands and saw flop:
- 188 out of 288 times while in big blind (65%)
- 70 out of 287 times while in small blind (24%)
- 183 out of 814 times in other positions (22%)
- a total of 441 out of 1389 (31%)
Pots won at showdown - 60 of 104 (57%)
Pots won without showdown - 300

I made a couple bad folds that are posted on lp, but overall i feel i played my best.

I pulled close 14bb/100 which isn't too bad for my first session back to nl2.

Not to lie, I am going to be "degen" with it, by moving up micros at 10-20 bi til i hit nl25 where i'll build up a solid roll before moving to nl50 (nl5 at 100 and nl10 at 200, nl25 at 400-500), moving down if i hit 8-9 bi and rebuilding up *day[9] helped incorporate this strategy into my mind well*

Oh well, hopefully the first of many blogs on my way back up, for the 255th time.

Just knowing I can make 5k a month on nl25 and nl50 is enough motivation to keep me going non stop.

yeah, flame me all you want, omfg neilly you suck your at nl2 again, blah blah, trust me ive heard it a fucking million times, who cares. if u wanna flame im going to start banning people from my blog.

in other news im looking for an $11 stake for the $200k gntd tomorrow to split 50/50 profits with, if anyones interested pm me (my rolls only 65.88 and don't want to shell out $11 for the tournament)

u can sharkscope me to decide if you think im a good investment, obviously i have won my fair share of tournaments.

hmm...gonna go eat lunch and watch the rest of the penn state game, be back on in a few hours.

I've taken someones advice and read through some of my old blog posts, which I used to NEVER read the responses to (literally 15-20 blogs without reading one response), and see that I was being constantly flamed for "owing ppl money", etc, to clear it up, my debts to the lp community are fucking tiny. The only person I owe anything significant to is robinson47 who is giving me as much time as i need to pay him (and im going to pay him with 100% interest of what he loaned me)

I also owe jlost88 a few hundo, which i will clarify (one day he lent me $12, i won a $12 180 man sng), we made a deal that i was going to give him 50% of my profits after the month was over or something like that, but after winning the tournament i shipped him back the $12 and started with a roll of 500 from the win. i ended up busting it and haven't gotten him his $ from that yet, yet he knows he will also receive it, and he has made over 100k this year, so its NO big deal at all, to either of us, since we both know he will get it.

hmmm....I owe doomer like $100 left from a $1k loan a long while back that I've paid him off on several occasions, with large portions of my roll when I could have waited til it was a much smaller % of my roll, but i did the right thing. Doomers worth over 100k as well.

so for all of you fucktards out there saying and or thinking im some degenerate scumbag who scams people out of 10 dollars you are fucking sadly mistaken and need to stop listening to dumbshits who only now hearsay.

the only people i "owe" anything to have given me infinite time to pay them back, have never hassled me about it, and to be honest its none of your guys fucking business, and if i hear another word about it im going to fucking find logiabs, pay him $4k to hunt you down and kill you.

not sure if anyone knows about this, but its AWESOME for anything u want to listen to.

a custom radio, u put in the name of a band/dj/whatever and it populates a list of music of the artist and similar artists.

After a few years of grinding up the limits, I have come to the realization that online poker is definitely not the right path in my life for now.

The urge to constantly be playing midstakes underrolled has taken its toll on my mind and soul, and the disapointment that I have constantly put myself through has made me a very unhappy person.

I've been putting alot of unfair pressure on myself to win alot of money, and have forgotten why I even liked this game in the first place, its become a tedious grind and battle with myself that I can't handle anymore.

I'm going to play the big tournaments on saturday and sunday and call it quits on monday the 29th, taking what little dignity I have left and pursuing a job I am more fit for.

I want to thank LP for everything, teaching me the right way to play and the support I recieved from many of the players, especially DooMeR, Raszi, Fazi, day[9], Robinson and cro)deadman.

I still have a few outstanding debts to a couple players in the community, and I want them to know that I will not forget about them and will pay them back as soon as I can.

My birthday is coming up next week (october 3rd), and I'm getting a new car (my fath,er is buying for me) as well as starting a new job at Atlantic Broadband (nov 1st). (local cable company)

I plan to work there until spring of next year, and then moving to a tropical climate and hopefully restarting online poker with a proper bankroll for atleast nl100 - nl200. (4-10k)

During this break I hope to find more stability and balance in my life.

I'll still be using LP from time to time and continuing to coach my students on my spare time, as well as having home games once a month and visiting the casino every 2-3 months for a weekend of poker.

my first student was deadman, now fenner and bmjr02 and dmcc2462 are my students **edit on ppl asking who my students were

In no means is this a goodbye, more like a cya soon and I wish you all the best of luck.
