i took last week-end off poker and i've been doing better since then:


hopefully i'll finish the month in the green..

on sunday, i'll run a half-marathon. i usually run 10km races but once a year i like to defy myself a bit more with a half-marathon (eventually i would like to run marathons, maybe next year..)

so yesterday i had another bad day and my bankroll went under 10K.. i just cant win this month and my confidence is very low.

june was pretty terrible

suffered a 3K downswing during last month. I was able to finish at about -500$,so thx to the rakeback i ended in the green

couldnt acheive my 40K hands goal, played about 36-37K so thats not too bad

after those bad results i decided to buy a 6-months cardrunners membership. let me say that its worth every penny of the 250$, the cashgames videos of sbrugby, green_plastic and Stinger88 are absolutely SICK! this is a must for every player at nl100 or higher imo and you can pay via a money transfer with your poker account.

i also decided to drop down to 4 tables and take more notes on players. UB is fast so i still get a descent amount of hands/hour.

those changes ended my downswing right away. im playing better and also running better(finally)

i've been doin pretty bad this month.. breaking even for 14K hands. all my sessions are big up and downs and i cant pull big wins at all. my only profit is the rakeback.. 400$ so far

i have the feeling im playing well, i think. i hope this is just a cold deck

the good thing is im in the right pace to acheive my monthly goal of 40k hands. im 5 tabling so thats a descent amount i believe.
