First off thanx for all the support from the rail, im not super happy about chopping this one up.. we chopped it 4 handed, did a chip chop and i ended up with $2.6K
Since i live off my BR and its not as huge as it used to be, i decided to take the low variance route, but after a few more of these chopping wont even cross my mind.
Almost exactly 7 days ago i finished my win in almost the same tourny, it was a 10K guar that started 1 or 2 hours earlier.. this tourny was much harder because of the time, it started at 2am my time and during the late stages of the final 2 tables and the FT i saw my focus start to drain.
One funnny thing about this tourny was when it was running, my internet died, so i sat around waiting for it to come back, it didnt, so a grabbed my laptop and started walking to our other house (the source of the internet) to check out the modem. I walked up to the door and it was locked and my dog started barking at me, its like 3 or 4am and i didnt want my parents to wake up, but i looked down at my laptop (i carried it out there) and i had internet, so i just sat down on the porch for like 30mins playing this tourny in basketball shorts and a hoodie on my laptop in 35 degree weather at 4am.. it was pretty funny shit, but after a while i came back to my house and fixed the wireless range booster thing and got back to work..
Another cool thing about this tourny was my parents woke up at about 7 and my dad had to go to work but my mom got to rail the FT and that was cool because she is a poker fan and hasnt been able to rail me in over a year.

Hey guys, ive decided to start doing reviews on movies if i catch them while they are still in the box office.
I wont spoil anything from the movies i review, just give my opinion.
I give 1 outa 5 stars.
Directing
The flaws of this movie were very easy to see, and very frustrating. The story trys to follow the video game and amazingly enough, they couldnt even do that!! They had a story already written out for them, they added things here and there, they took some things off and they explained nothing.
Actors
Interestingly enough it wasnt very easy to see in the trailer, but Mark Wahlberg stars in the lead role playing Max Payne,
a father who may or may not have lost a baby (movie didnt explain), but def lost a wife and just wants to kill everyone that killed her.
Late in the movie, the cutie we all know from "That 70s Show" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", Mila Kunis.
She trys to play some bad ass Russian mafia ring leader killer lady, but you just cant beleive it.. shes 2 hot, 2 cute, and every time the russian accent falls a bit, her whiny girlfriend type voice comes right through to remind you that she shouldnt be there.
Last superstar in the movie is an Internal Investigations agent who clashes hard with Max in the movie, and trys to be very serious about it. Who else could you cast for this role besides LLLUUUUUDDDAAA!!!!

Wrapup
This movie had many good actors, but none of them should have been in the roles they were.. Mark just doesnt fit the part. Mila REALLY doesnt fit into her part at all and Luda playing a COP?? Please?
All the lines seemed forced and i just kept thinking, "these actors are better then this" but never got a chance to see it..
The movie was a terrible mix of 4 different things, 3 movies and 1 video game.
#1 Max Payne, they didnt explain the story line from the game enough, and they got far off the game line with their own ideas. Bullet time was one of the best parts about the game, but they didnt explain why he was able to go into bullet time and they only used it about twice out of the maybe 15 gun battles..
#2 Sin City, they tried to pull this artistic snowy big city with very contrasting colors, but failed.. you could look maybe once or twice and think it looks cool enough, but it had no art feeling to it, so the cheesy parts had no excuse.
#3 Constantine, Max Payne constantly was reminding everyone of the Constantine daemons and raining firey hell through earth, but the movie didnt explain why, and i really have no idea wtf was going on, besides them ripping off a few cool special effects and ideas from Constantine.
#4 Die Hard, Max is the only guy working to fight the evil villains, and he gets shot alot but keeps on walkin. But Mark cant pull it off nearly as well as Bruce.

cool word i just made up, whenever i do this im going to rate how much of the movie would be lost if you downloaded it rather then seeing it in the theator.
10/10 - Duno if it was the theator i was in or the movie released badly, but there was some sound fuckups. There were no special effects that were anything special. Id say download this every time, never waste your money to check this movie out. Id even download a camd version.
well i decided last night that i wanted to start playing tournys and i was going to give it at least 30 days, and im happy to say, i started it off pretty well. Ended up final tabling a 33$ 10K guar.
Ended up chopping HU for 2.25K each, i could have just playd him but HU is high variance and there was a 700$ gap between 2nd and 1st, so its a better move right now to chop it HU.
and thats about it, ive put in about 14 hours of pokering today and 9 holes of golf, so i smell bad and am pretty tired.. im gonna have a beer and get some rest.
well since my last blog post ive done alot of thinking, my first decision is to take a break from cash games for hopefully a minimum of 30 days, i will be playing alot of the tournys 50$ and under , and the sunday mill. Ive been thinking about making this change for quite a while, ive kind of hit a plateau in cash games, my winrate was 2 small and i wasnt putting enough hands in. So for now i will give tournys a try, i have always had good results with tournys and have high hopes for the next month.
Ive decided on my next car, i know a few blog posts ago i said i was picking up a 300zx. Well i went and checked it out, 1st problem was the car was total shit. 2nd problem was once i sat down in the drivers seat i immediately thought "ahh fuck, not this car again"
ive decided to work towards a Porsche Boxster.
now say what u will about that car, i know its "a girls porsche" and not the fastest model around.. but there are a few great points on this car, first off they are selling like crazy for around 10K, second off girls cant tell the difference... u take an average hot girl and show her a 70K 911 and show her a 10K boxster, shes prolly gonna think the boxster is more expensive cuz its convertible lol.. so my goal is to get one of these for 10K and then do some mods and get it repainted.
As far as my feeling of needing to move, ive decided against it for now.. few things holding me back, Doomer has a room available in arizona, but its really fucking far away, and its not gonna b around for 2 much longer.. other things may be happening in a few months from now with Mez, And i have a house all to my self back home. My parents built a new house and our old one is just sitting, SOooo... if i cant take living with rush and yomer anymore, then i have a great place to go back to..
for now i kinda feel like just sticking it out, working on my golf game, and setting my goal at snagging me this car.. poker has gotten me everything else i can think of wanting.. and a new car is about all thats left. That and PCA.. which is also very high on my goal list.

Well like i said in one of my vegas blogs, ive been getting tired of drinking so much that i cant play poker the next day. But i guess its been a long time since ive took a hangover day, so oh well..
I just woke up at about 5PM and loaded up my computer to see a note i left my self "GET PASSPORT TOMORROW" so thats prolly the only thing im going to try and do today..
Ive decided that im going to try very hard to go to PCA, there arent that many things holding me back.. i need to get the passport and i need to get some pills or something to make me not have a panic attack on the plane.. and im good 2 go. I duno if ill be playing any of the events there, but even if i dont, im sure it will be a fun trip.
Right now my living situation is pretty crazy, im living in a 3 bedroom apartment that is like 600 sq ft MAX, prolly closer to 5.. and we have 4 people living here.. and we almost always have someone visiting so its like having 6 ppl here all the time.. a couple of my room mates r LPrs , Yomer and Rush live here and another friend of ours lives here 2, its really really sick degen here..
ive been playing alot of golf, and not enough poker, but thats kinda the same old story.. i think ive read sean nolans interview like 15 times and its def lead me to understand my place in poker alot better.. people like sean that work really hard.. like when he was going to school and working a night shift job at the same time ( something i would never do )... anyway the type of people that work hard and dont just always try and find a easy way out are just built for poker, im the exact opposite, i insta try and find a way that i wouldnt have to work.. and thats just the type of person i am, ive realized that im super super lazy and have no work ethic at all, and even though poker has alot of luck and skill involved, work ethic might be more important then both of them.
i know my surroundings have alot to do with how much i play.. i live with 3 other poker players, but no one ever seems to be playing poker.. yomer plays alot for sure but he does it while im asleep most of the time, so i duno im just really uninspired, but i REALLY wanna get to 1/2 so i need to start getting to work.
in other news.. i got the new iphone.. its not really that great.. i burnt my tongue on a mega hot burrito last night and that really sux..

Well alot of ppl have been asking me to update my blog. I would normally have no problem doin it, but i havent been up 2 anything, and i dont like to blog about poker, and thats been my life recently... anyway here it goes..
Since i got home i started back on the grind hard.. i went camping like i wanted, bought some pellet guns, shot those a bunch, and had a good camping trip, tried some scuba fishing in a river, it was pretty cool. Being out in nature kinda scared me tbh, i was so used to vegas and the light pollution that when i went out in the forest with no one else around and the sky being so bright.. it freaked me out, i couldnt even look up or else i started getting paranoid. (im prolly going crazy) anyway the camping trip was sick.
Ever since i left vegas i had been losing in poker, just playing nl50 and rdy to move up to nl100, then just as i was about to go for nl100 i got on the road and was bouncing from house to house playing on my laptop, lost about 10 buyins doing that, then came home and had some good winning days but didnt get up to nl100, then i lost a bunch, i think like 18 buyins or something over a bunch of days, had alot of losing days all in a row. Pretty much sucked, i took a break off and went camping, came back home, lost more.. just felt like shit... And that had pretty much been my whole life.. grinding, losing..
BUUTTTT ive kept my head intact (aka didnt downswing and mess up my game) and stayed on the grind and ive made almost all of it back . AND! ive got some good life shit to blog about..
As some of you might know im a pretty big car fan, ive had alot of sick cars in my life and driven/raced some pretty sick cars and had some really legit memorys..
ive been wanting to get into drifting, but obv dont have the money, i bought my bmw a long time ago just planning on not modding it at all and using it as a daily driver, then recently decided to make it a drift car, then decided fuck that.. so now im gonna sell it!
So im getting rid of this car.
and im gonna buy this car LOL

i had this car in high school and i really liked it.
plans for the new one are to keep it simple and not 2 flashy, with some custom fabricated mods that are cheap to make, look good, and have a purpose.
I duno what i plan on doing with this car, its not good for drifting, the weight distribution and short wheel base just makes it suck.. but i can still do some cool shit with it.. IE short drifts, 360s and shit..
Im gonna keep the car black, but obv repaint the whole thing, so ill sand/primper/paint it my self, then im going to be building a series of diffusers.
The purpose of these is to have more downforce on the car by diffusing the air traveling over the car.
Rear diffuser is gonna b this style
front diffuser is gonna b this style
im also contemplating getting a GT style wing for the back,
with all these things on there it should produce over 100lbs of downforce on the car at like 60mph+
which means just overall more grip and better cornering ect.
SO thats alot of car stuff thats been on my mind for the last few days..
like i said, poker is going well i hope to be moving up to nl100 ONCE AGAIN! very soon here, a few more solid days and ill b ready.
Oh so someone asked me if i was still living with Mez and Doomer, answer is, we all split up after vegas, doomer is back in florida, mez is back in colorado with alex, i hope to be back in CO with mez and alex sooner then later, im really looking forward to this snowboarding season so maybe ill move back this winter, i duno we havent really talked about any plans.. So i am back home living in oregon at my parents house.. they built a new house so i pretty much have my own house now so thats sick, so i basically live alone (which i dont like). Rush and Yomer are getting a place in a college town here that i will be basically crashing at alot cuz there is a live poker room there and they r gonna b on the grind 2.
tomorrow im gonna go play 9holes with my old high school best friend, then go check out the car that i have so many plans for, i really hope its decent enough, and he takes my offer. Ill for sure keep you all updated on the status of my new car project. My camera on my iphone broke lol, so im gonna pick up a normal digital camera if i end up doing this car job.

well i made it back home finally, my train was about 3 hours late coming in, and after like 35 hours on there, i was pretty ready to get off.. we had a 2 hour delay and my ex was upset so i made her take a pic.
she looks like hell in this pic (shes actually rly hot) but oh well, shes my ex lol..
anyway yea the train was late, i went to the bar with my friend afterwards and then came home at about 1am.. my car was totally fucked, took me forever to was it, and its making weird noises and just all around pissing me off, i think im gonna start trying some drifting, and if i crash it then just give up on it..

i really duno if im gonna like the monitor on top, but so far it has been pretty handy and not to hard to get used to.. i know the pic is pretty far away so if your wondering, its two 24in widescreens, and then a 20in on top of them, everything else i use is pretty standard so im not gonna get into that..
im gonna pull the stitches out of my foot tonight and hopefully tomorrow i can do some running so ill have the laptop + treadmill set up once again.
as far as poker goes, im down quite a few buyins since i left vegas, just variance, im not worried at all.. i playd the 109 today and busted in the first lvl which i wasnt happy about.. but im ready to get my grind on, and really excited about this setup.. i can fit 8 full sized tables on my 2 screens and just get my grind on..
i realized being away so long that what i got here is really sick good for grinding.. the house im in right now, will very soon be my own house, im not going to actually take ownership of it, but it will be all mine.. my parents built a new very nice house on the other side of our property so i will be left all alone in this one.. our new house is really sick 2, and even tho all the moldings and floors arent finished, my parents finsihed some of the bedrooms in it and its totally ballin, so if i am able to hook up with any of the girls around here then i can just take um to the unfinished house and hit up the hottub and sleep there.. so im pretty stoaked about this situation and really anxious to hit the tables.
oh i also realized some other shit.. being a kid was really fun.. so ive decided i will be going camping at like once or twice every week, until i get tired of it.. im going to buy some BB guns, or pellet guns, w/e u call um.. not airsoft guns, the ones that can kill birds and shit.. im gonna buy a few of those to fuck around with my friends with..
and im also going to build a my sized big wheel, and bomb some hills on it..
and possibly make a short film, if i get a good enough script..
those r just a few things i have been wanting to do, and now that i have money, and nothing to do.. its gettin done.
well ive been in vegas now for almost 3 months, lemme start by saying that im really sorry i didnt keep up my blog. I know when i miss out on a trip i always wanna c pics and what not of whats going on with the LP community.. i really realized that when shit is busy and everything is going on, you dont wanna blog about it, and when nothing at all is going on, u feel like its time to blog.
Im going to step back a month or so in history and start off this blog post there..
To start off, we moved out of our house in colorado and landed in our vegas house.. about everything was broken, or about to break. The pool insta turned green and i had to higher some dude to clean it all the time, and just about everything else in the house broke during our 2.5 month stay there. but no worries..
Peachykeen aka Eric Liu moved in june 1st, we started playing alot of the wsop events together, event number 2 i placed for 88th outa 4K and payd out around 7.5K, which was bull shit.. the other LPrs that i remember were tjbentham and frinkX who made it deeper then me.. anyway the next few weeks were pretty blurry, peachy and I just grinded out a bunch of wsop games almost every other day. I have a random pic here of eric with some money,
we sat at the rio roulette table with a 10K max, he put down $400 to start ( cuz he was down that much ) i put down $50, We put it on red obv, lost the first flip, eric put down $800, i put down $50
we lost again, eric puts down $1600, i put down $50, we lost. Eric grabs his "bag o money" throws down $3.2K, i put down $50, we lost.. Then eric throws down like 6K, and i was like "fuck this, its time to win.. i put down $200, were both taking our last ride on red.. we obv hit, and roll off to dinner..
The next thing i remember, and i have pics of.. was lyrics final table.. Im not even sure if lyric has a LP account, but hes a cool guy that ends up in alot of jonny cosmos pics, he owns DonkeyTest.com which is a pretty cool test that u should all try out... anyway he is with MangoD who alot of u might know from cosmos blog pics.. anyway he got really deep in a tourny, i dont remember what i t was, i think it was the 1K rebuy, anyway he got to the FT and i obv showed up, and the whole rail commenced drinking heavily (like every LP rail) anyway we all got shitty drunk and railed the shit outa him, so check that out on espn very soon here..
Lyric is a cash player at heart and he obv wanted to take a tourny donk style pic.. and these ones r epic.. Later that nigth we popped some bubbly and chilled in the hot tub at his house, no real crazy oafter party im afraid not that he didnt want to, we were just all tired from railing..
Next big thing after that was... what im going to call the LP vegas party.. it was actually based on MezmerizePLZ's birthday party.. he started me out with a budget that i talked him into giving me.. i wanted to throw him a party, but obv my roll didnt allow it, i got started talking to Myth about it, and my rinkey dink party just wouldnt fly.. Myth lemme know that the palms was the place 2 b and that we could def throw something bigger, he talked all the other players into pitching in.. we ended up in the Sky Villa Suite at the palms, the room it self was 6K sq ft on 1 floor, had about 5 bedrooms, costs 11K per night.. after that, booze, hookers, club fees, i think the party came to around 20K for the night.. Pretty much everyone from LP that was in vegas, was there.. i took some video, but lost my camera in vegas.. and i have some pics, but there all of hookers, im gonna block out some of their faces to protect their privacy.. but these r blurry so im gonna throw um up for sure...
Anyway i dont really know what else to say about the party... it was epic, we hope to do it again next year, possibly even bigger...the last thing i remember of the party was sitting in a empty bathtub with peachy drinking goose and being like "life is good" "yea dude, it is" while over looking the strip at 5am... Next year i want to have a stripper comp, where first place gets like 5K, then all the strippers will come to us for free and we get to judge
Next thing i have pics of after that was Blair Hinkles FT/Win. Im not really sure what event that was either, i wanna say it was a 2K event. His brother Grant won event #2 making them the first brother combo to get bracelets in the same year.. Most ppl dont know Blair, but hes one of Migs room mates, Blake is the other one... all of them r cool dudes that i had the pleasure of meeting this year..
after that clay got drunk and i took a pic..
next thing on the adjenda.. My uncle is a movie producer out in hollywood and his new movie HellyBoy 2 was premiering in LA, my aunt called me up and asked if i wanted to go but i could only get 2 tickets.. Doomer was gone so it kinda by default went to Mez, which is propper cuz it was his car we needed to take to LA anyways.. Sean Nolan had moved into our house a few days before the premire and mentioned he kinda wanted to go see what the left side was all about, so he came along with us.. we decided to ball it up, we stayd at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point CA, here are some pics of the view, and of our room..
the bathroom had so many fucking mirrors i was able to snap off a shot anywhere and get like 30 angles.... the view was sick amazing, the hotel was way more balling then any hotel in vegas.. and it just felt alot better then everything else in vegas.. we smoked down some premo cigars, and my cusion met up with us and brought a friend, Mez and Nolan kinda blew their mind with their hourly earnings lol.. we chilled down at the beach most of the night (which the hotel was right ontop of, and we chilled out in the water for a while, it was pretty cool cuz it was nolans first time seeing the pacific ocean...
Anyway the movie kicked off pretty well, i liked the movie alright, thought the plot was a little thin but the CGI made it worth while..
After that we headed out to the VIP party and it had a open bar, so i obv drank my self stupid infront of all my family, and then we loaded up the escalade and headed back to vegas..
After that last trip we were pretty hard on the grind, i got off side tracked by a few girls here and there, but i got my shit together pretty quickly after that, we had some fun in the pool, decided to smoke some bowls and sink a few chairs to the bottom, me and bigbobm decided it would b cool to chill underwater for a while.

Next big story that was pretty recent, was my foot.. Doomer had his GF and her 2 friends come over for a few days.. i had decided i wanted to go on an epic drinking binge, i started drinking at like 1am and was totally drunk by like 1:10pm.. we went out to sushi at like 12 and then we got home, as we pulled up, this girl was on my lap, she jumped out and on her way out, she knocked out a empty beer bottle ( mostly my fault cuz i just drank it ) but anyway i started hopping out while the bottle was on its way down.. so the bottle broke as it hit the ground, and i landed on it... but since i was day drinking, i was fucking hammered and i was barefoot at the resturant, and on the way home... so i landed on this broken bottle with my bare foot... my fot instantly starts gushing blood everywhere.. i make it inside our entry way that is like all white tile, and its obv that im bleeding a whole lot.. i just kinda snapped of to aj something like this "uhh dude, uhh yo aj! hospital time.. we gotta go" so i had him grab me a shirt from my room, we tied it around my foot to try and stop the bleeding.. and we jumped in the m3 and booked it to the hospital.. while i was in the waiting room i saw this blond girl that needed to make a phone call and couldnt get the hospital phone, so im like hella drunk, they call me into the ER and i just like hand her my phone and im like "dont forget to put ur number in there for me" and i tell aj to grab it when im out..
I checked my phone later, she called canada like 4 times lol.. anyway i did get her number and it all worked out well... anyway i got some pics of the hospital..
here we decided we were just gonna make a run for it.. so i packed up all the shit around my foot, tied it into a boot and we were about to ninja out of the hospital.. but right then the doc came in...
I ended up geting like 6 stitches in my foot, i stole some gloves and got some other cool gear.. on the way home i kept pretending i was the joker and fucking with the other cars around us...
So ive been limping around quite a bit, we lost our house on the 1st, so we packed up all our shit, then Russel B was kind enough to let me and TJ stay at his house a few days.. he had a sick place with 2 other tourny players in south east vegas.. Tonight im actually on a bus, im writing this actually at 6:30am so its aug 4th, im taking a bus from vegas to LA to meet up with some family.. this trip has been fucking horrible, everyone is fucking poor, and ive spent so far on this trip over 5X what a plane ride home woulda been.. mainly cuz i wanted to meet up with my ex GF in CA and take the train back to Oregon with her... so anyway im down like $600 on this fucking trip, but w/e its 2 late now.. so yea im on the bus, which is horrible, i wouldnt ever advise anyone to take a bus anywhere.. there is 1 hot girl, who i hooked up with a seat across the isle from me, but shes being a cunt, so that obv frusterates me.. but w/e im gonna go to sleep like asap anyway..
so this is my vegas wrap up, obv a great trip, tons of great memorys with alot of my best friends..
My goals after vegas now are going to Monte Carlo, and going to PCA. Ive been gridning quite a bit and am going to stop cashing out so much of my roll for random shit...
anyway ill keep up the blogging, thanx for the PMs everyone that kept nagging me to blog, it deff helps when i know people are actually interested in this shit..

K so its 2 days after i wrote that now.. the fucking bus was a retarded idea.. im never doing that again, go into orange county CA like 2 days ago, went to laguna beach last night and had a few beers with my cuz and her friend.. everythings going ok, im grinding on my laptop and running pretty bad...
