Hey everyone, got back to vegas on Friday, went out n monstered the hell out of the city the first night out. Afterwards, been grinding some lucrative online mtts and playing downstairs at night (when some moneys on the tables) *14th 55c last mtt session*
gonna find an apartment here soon, but staying at ballys on the strip is so damn cheap and relaxing, gonna take it ez here til after my sundays (2 free sunday mtts for my top 100 tlb, 1 is 100 ppl top 4 go pca, other is 150 and idk how many packages for that one), most likely run the warm up, mil and 2nd chance (been getting v deep in mil and 2nch chance often lately)
----------------
Hey guys, offering MTT coaching to the players of LP, $100 an hour for me to view you and talk you through each stage of tournaments, ranges etc
(my 1 hour sessions tend to turn into 90 min to 3 hour sessions, many can vouch for me, i get carried away talking and having fun sometime =))
$50/hr to watch me via mikogo
$75/hr to watch me via mikogo w/ audio
Recent Graph;
http://yfrog.com/16currentmttgraphj

PM Me and I'll give you my skype/msn
Also have about 20 videos, added audio to 4-5 so far, these will be disposable to anyone who has 3 or more sessions;
I don't want to take anything away from Player999, he is an _amazing player_ who has taught me a ton about hu sng's, recently i gave him 1 MTT session and he went on to make 3 FT's within the next few days (although, i don't know if my help had anything to do with it, he would have to confirm it if need be, hes an amazing player and will win some real big mtts imo)
Gonna focus on my MTTs and play some live afterwards downstairs @ Ballys to anyone whos in the city that wants to stop in;
Elky and Raszi on pokerstars.net biggame is wut ive been waiting for, forever.
Yes. =)
GL,
Ryan Neilly

Happy to see that you're moving on, doing well and have your act together Neilly - Good job sir. Wish I could become a student but for some reason I see $100/hour as too much even though I like to spew $200-$300 per session on NL 100 =D G'luck with your teaching. |

Also u are so clueless about variance if you think good players "will wins some big tournaments". I hope you realise winning a big tournament is probably like 1/500 chance for a super amazing player.
Get a reality check Neilly, Go read my post about MMT vs Cashgames imo.
MTTs should primarily be played for fun people, dont pay coaching to learn MTTS and definately dont pay neilly for any type of coaching. |

its a great rate, and most of my 1 hour sessions go on much longer, although when i made this post i did expect very much hate, used to it on any post like this;
"monstering up the city" - hitting tons of clubs / getting wasted beyond belief n having an amazing time. never said i monstered 25/50 or something
wobbly and i have never gotten along -_-
wobbly, mtt is a job for some, it takes a very solid strategy and over 30 mtts a day to be a strong solid regular after building the foundation, but still very lucrative.
Winning a big tournament doesn't always mean winning a 10k buy-in, theres tons of lucrative 55-215 buy-in mtts with very nice paydays for 99% of poker players. this is what i meant by the statement, although he is capable of winning larger ones, and has come close before (the post about player999 from your rebuttal)
Anyways,
i tip my hat to your success, you've proven to be an insanely great player, i can't wait to see you in 100/200 and higher soon, but to argue with my graph is to argue that a fire is ice.
ne ways, i wish you all luck,
i do believe 100 is a fine price, but don't need to fixate on this or the coaching, just wanted to make it public;
GL LP and PM me if your interested,

no way tournamnet poker is just a soft variance festival joke form of poker that people who need 5 fish at every table to win have to leech off of.
i mean its pretty well documented, mtt is a joke. |

u too should read my blog about mtt vs cashgames.
You cant ever call a pure Tournement player who has had multiple tournament success a proven winner. Not even someone with 11 bracelets.
Infact the fact that Neilly is so bad at cashgames is proof he is terrible at poker. Running good and making some money in tournaments does not make him good at MTTs. For example I can say any cashgame winner over 1 mil hands at midstakes would be a far far better MTT player. |

mig.com, apestyles, gboro, doc sands, blur5f6 off the top of my head. fwiw i agree with you, but i think you're being a little harsh. The majority of mtt pros are terrible at poker, but the guys i mentioned (and there are several more) are absolutely disgusting poker players, and they are 'pure' mtt players.
There's also a number of h/s cash pros who started as MTT grinders back in the day, $tinger, Ansky, and luckychewy for example. |

Ask anyone you respect if they think any of the names I mentioned are not proven winners. You're just being an elitist now and arguing stupid semantics. Yes, technically, you're probably right (I don't know enough about the math/care enough to find out) that we can't 'prove' they are winners like you can 'prove' cash games pro's are, but that doesn't mean they aren't amazing poker minds and winning players.

im not gna argue how good those players u mentioned are. I know some are good some i haven't heard of and some prob suck w/e
the point is
Neilly sucks.
We know this because he sucks at cashgames there for he sucks at tournament pokers. it might not be 100% but its pretty damn close. |

wow.
obviously midstakes cash players are better than mtters.
still took me a long time to become a solid winning mtt player with 2 summers in vegas with numerous professional help.
wobbly, your ego is pretty outa wack or your in a lot of pain and misdirecting it or something.
theres nothing wrong with educating a few people in mtts for a few bucks. many people would love to hit 1-15k scores etc more regularly than they do, and to the ones that play pure cash, they can get a fast grasp of how to play mtts etc.
i've had numerous students on parttimepoker.com (used to do my sundays staked by this site) all said i was the best coach i had by far.
ne ways, i don't care, obviously your way better than 99% of this forum wobbly, but you sir, are a douche bag. I'd rather be a fun person that makes a good living than a douchebag that flames people trying to help other ppl (and make $ doing it :-) )
thing is, i respect you as a player, but can't fathom any respect for you as an individual.
first the elky incident, now more than 5 flames on my blog where you have no place?
if ppl want cash coaching they know 1000000000 people to get it from, your points are so irrelivant and offbase. |

Its like whenever you post its because somebody else is getting attention and your post is explaining how all this attention and praise really ought to be directed towards you. You claim to be the most secure person on this forum when its so obv how insecure you are. Let me guess: You where an only child but all that attention and praise you got from mommy when you where young just wasnt quite enough. You have even become so desperate for it that you seek it on a forum where 90% of the people dislike you and think you are a tool. Am i right?
Nobody is doubting that you are a great poker player. Just stop being such a fucking dick all the time and people might actually respect you. |
