i created an acct with rakeback and when i went to request something (like playing more tables, or cashing out or something I forget) they found out that I had two accounts and closed the new one.

if anything is at all similar you're fucked - email, cc, screen name, ur personal name, etc. you gotta get everything diff or they will figure it out and shut you down.

your best bet is to get in touch with the RB site and FTP and basically say "i will only play on FTP if this goes through" and you can usually get em to hook u up where they give the RB on your old account.

tell em u got hacked, want a new acct.
