I remember the micro games that were either an all-in fest or just wildly aggresive, think mezmerizeplz ended up with over $1000 at 1c2c in one of them, they were hilarious.

i remember the guy who sat with 5 other LPers at 5nl and somehow flipped upto 700$ (mez had him covered) and then everyone went allin as standard and the guy paused.. he was probably just some 5nl casual player and i remember thinking there was no way this guy is gonna flip for $700 then he goes allin and mez wins $1400 with Ten high or something lol

I would love to see the $10 tournament return. It took me two years to win, and when I finally did, it was over. It's as close to greatness as I have gotten in this game, to have even played with some of the guys from here who have made names for themselves in the poker world. Myth used to do an incredible write up of the games, just to be mentioned at the final table made my week. I almost beat him one week with a $50 bounty on his head, but his AQsooted flushed my AK. I ended up second to him, and that bounty went uncollected, but it was fun and I remember it well to this day. Those tournaments gave the up and comers a chance to play with the big dogs, and I think bringing them back would be great for LP.

It takes just two minutes to set up a private tournament on Pokerstars . . . if there is interest I'll put one in the lobby myself.
