some things, including new patch stuff

new heart sucks. if you didn't know, they changed the constant 1% HP regen to a 2% but only if you haven't been hit in the past 10 seconds. this makes heart so much worse because you don't regen during battles, and that's when it matters

new bloodstone/sac. stone is uselessssss. doesn't give the 2 HP/MP per charge anymore, only gives 1 MP per charge (no HP). at least you get charges if you're near heroes that die, rather then you getting the kill (so KSing with zeus's ult for example won't do you any good). basically makes going bloodstone over sheep pointless

scout got the nerfstick. yes, his ult got a damage boost, and disarm > evasion/crit, but honestly, his ult was only ever good for ganking (15 second cooldown on top of that) and now you can't spam it (50 second cooldown now), and vanish SUCKS bad now. you can't do things like ult, WW, kill, because by the time the cooldown is over for vanish, they'll already have run away (if you haven't seen it yet, his vanish is a toggle spell and the cooldown starts when you unvanish). only good thing about him now is his AOE silence.

enhanced marchers >>>>>>>> steamboots so much now, almost to the point where theres no reason to get them

madman needs a nerf, he makes heroes like dark lady and maybe even chronos uselesss

nymphora's mana regen is really broken. it's not as bad as KOTL from dota because she has a fucking heal, so she basically never has to leave her lane. ever. also her ultimate with staff is retarded, makes heroes ungankable. i can see her being a top pick in comp. play

Arachna's web slow is spammable and with it's ultimate it's extremely imabalanced.

lol at scout being nerfed... he was the worst hero in the game and completely useless in and group fight situation now we can actually use him...

lich is bad ebcasue the ult is wayyy too slow to be of any use and the necrolyte guy's ult is broken and does pure damage (not affected by magic resist)

also my psr got up to 1946! my highest so far heh

outside of silence, scout is still horrible though. other heroes (aka SA who is better than scout in every aspect) have better silences on top of that.

vanish got nerfed and that was the best part of scout, besides wards

my PSR is in the 1300s lawls. i got my friends into the game but they never played dota so they will always go like 1-8 every game

comparing him to other agi heroes, ANY agi carry can win a game on their own. even dark lady can win a game if she gets farmed. it costs 200 gold to completely shut scout out and make him useless.

and he still is not even upper mid tier. the only thing is that disarm should have some kind of internal cd cause lategame a perm disable on your carry is too much.

other then that he is somewhat useful now but still on the lower power end. i cant remember even one game that we lost with a scout on the enemy team and only remember one game where i won with a scout on my team. justdont play -em or counterpick if he is a problem.

overall the balance is pretty good and gets adjusted very fast. see scout or kraken, both sucked hardcore and are atleast semi viable now (with kraken beeing actually good now). and their new heros like maliken started out on a very very nice balance level also. esp when you compare them to TC or esp batrider prenerfs... (i NEVER lost a public when playing batrider. double kills at lvl3 are fun!)


btw some people from europe down for games? saw frinkx and someone else in the channel but those suckers live beyond the big water thingy

off the top of my head, madman and magnus need nerfs. i think if madman's stun was changed to a slow he'd be perfect instead of the imba piece of shit he is.

i used to think jeraziah is imba. but nullfire and electrician counter him too easily.

i really think madman isnt that OP. top tier for sure but he is very squishie,needs loads of mana and is very item/lvl dependant. if you dont feed him early you can end it before he gets strong.and really, a madman below 16 with no items wont do more in a teamfight then a single hammer from sven would do.

arachna is overall way stronger but even she would be be perfectly fine if her ult wouldnt do like 800 dmg to ints
