Even if you were on to something it wouldn't matter. I guess if you look really hard for something and want to believe in shit it will make some sense in a twisted way for you. This video has been around for awhile. I think I saw it floating around after Katrina hit, and everyone was harping that the gov't knew the levies would fail and it was a convenient way to exterminate all the black people from that region etc etc. Then it shifted to the idea that Bush would declare martial law to remain president after the elections and issue curfew's and start killing all who opposed etc etc. Considering how much stupid shit our gov't spends money on and how easy it is for one guy to scratch another guy's back and poof, suddenly millions of dollars have been appropriated to some random company for some random product like shitty plastic coffins or toilet seat covers or whatever the fuck, as far as I'm concerned this was probably just some dumbass spending spree recommended by some douchebag in a position to sign off on purchases like this with no explanation.
