Hand gets autofolded

Hi, I have a little problem. Sometimes my hands get autofolded, like 1 in 20k hands. I mailed stars about this and sent them the logfiles. They replied saying that I pressed the fold to any bet. I'm 100% sure I didn't and want to try and fix this asap. Have any of you guys had this problem?

Yesterday it happened in this hand.

No just HEM, but I've had this problem while using PT3 as well.

how many tables you play? I do this once in a while when I'm playing a lot of tables and misclick the fold to any bet

Do you play on a laptop? When I played on my laptop sometimes I'd end up clicking things accidentally without actually clicking things.

i use a laptop but just the screen, i have a USB mouse and keyboard attached to it

And i had this before where it just insta check/folded it. Like I raise with AA, flop comes and i auto check, vil checks behind, turn i insta check again somehow, vil checks behind again and river again auto check/ vil bets a small amount en my hand gets folded =/

Wow i mailed stars about it and didn't even ask for a refund but they did refund 50$. sweet

It all sounds like you keep accidentally clicking auto fold to any bet. Happens a lot with overlapping tables.

Agree.

I think it has to be human error because this has never happened to be but I sure have miss-clicked in my time. The only way your hand could appear to check/fold itself is if you accidentally clicked fold to any bet on the far side of the table while shifting your tables around... easy to do and difficult to notice IMO, I do it sometimes.

I've misclick folded quads 9s...... twice

Listen I didn't press a button, neither do I have overlapping, i play 6 tables on 26" so I can see it all pretty clear. I don't check/fold 3 streets, sure it can happen once or twice but like I said I didn't press any buttons. I just watch and can't do anything.

i had same problem on pokerstars when i was playing fast tables.. autofold after few seconds idk why..
then i saw in some FR deuces cracked video same shit..

If you click 'fold to any bet' once during a hand it stays marked on all streets.

do you use a laptop with a touch pad? I do even though I use a mouse too. I think sometimes my palm hits the touch pad and makes a click

it has happened to me many times, the situation your describing so I'm always careful when i'm in a big hand but the times that such a thing has happened and I was like "wtf I didn't click that ?!!?!?!" I really think I just did and didn't realize it.

Ok I didn't know that but I watched my table during that hand and c/f wasn't V'ed or I couldn't see the option. I play fast tables.

My laptop is my computer but i don't use they keyboard our the touchpad, I have a normal keyboard and mouse attacked to the laptop through usb.

wait but stars HAS acknowledged that something goes awry with timebanks once in a while interms of folding that way right?

I wouldn't fold in that spot. Sure you might be behind but even versus aces you are still a flip pretty much.

Stars claimed my g/f did this a few weeks ago. She raises QQ, gets called. Flops top set, villain leads out for a minbet and she folds. I was actually watching the hand and theres no way she clicked that, but according to logs stars claimed she did.

During the 25 billion hand celebration some guy at the final table ended up doing the same thing, and bitched and they concluded there is no logical reason he would have folded postflop, and even confessed to it being a stars glitch. I think they have a problem too difficult to find and are simply not owning up to it.

They did refund my money without me asking for it.

go to stars, go to options open up "advanced multi table options" unclick "single click table activation" and i bet ur problem goes away.

im sure with the amount of people grinding for SNE on stars and stuff, if they had a problem like this, ALOT more people would be speaking up.. its just misclicks, but it is strange that they shipped u money back.. stars is normally fucking tight ass holes with me when i ask them for anything.. thats why i stopped playing there.

during that celebration there was so much traffic specifically to that table that he was disconnected and was not able to act in time and since he had no money invested already in the pot, his time didn't get extended and he was auto folded

Tell your g/f not to fold the nuts, especially not to a min bet

strange, they shipped me SN status while i was 6k short at jan the first.

This happened to me once, it was not a big hand so I didn't really think much of it, but I am absolutely positive it auto folded.
