Just go in Options/Layout manager and then File/Import and choose this file.

Haven't tested it for stars though

does PAhud work for FTP?

Well you could try just loading the one for stars or PP and converting it for the site you want to play on. (it asks you once you import it and it's not the same site) just do yes convert it blabla and then place the stats the way you want them and File/Save.
