Here's one of those spots that gets me sometimes.

Are you check/folding the river?
If not, should you be the one betting?

(assuming 100bb stacks)

check/folding is highest ev imo. the lower the stakes the better an option it is.

This is slightly deeper about 130bb deep and vs utg, I guess thats what makes it more of a check. Would that be the same line at 100bb and he was CO/Deal? Any merit to blocking bet/fold on river similar to the turn bet, slightly bigger perhaps? He has some hands like JJ TT 9T 98etc that might call.

No merit. Too thin.
