Doubt it was a slowroll. He just overbet pot and you jammed over it. What bluffs do you rep? What boats do you have? That's what I'd be thinking.

A backdoored draw would definitely bet river.
Bluffs would bet river.
Hard to have blockers to much, maybe 78 as a bluff?
Would 66 c/r a percentage of the time or always bet?
Any random bluffs would probably just bet river and not check/jam.
