I have it 2-1 Randa Markos, but I expect a split-decision.

I have it a split-decision for either guy in the Taleb/Ponzinibbio fight.

----------

Another robbery in favor of a Canadian tonight with Elias Theodorou picking up another win in Canada, the only location he fights in.

He is lucky he gets to spend the majority of his MMA career in Canada, even in the UFC.

He has 14 pro fights and has only fought outside of Canada 2 times, and those 2 times were in USA where he went 1-1. He lost to Thiago Santos in USA and beat Roger Narvaez in USA after Narvaez broke his arm blocking a kick.

Sick performance by Gavin Tucker.

He'll easily win a POTN bonus.

Haha what the hell. You may need to get a grip on bias based on pick. Got back on time to watch that Theodore/mutante snoozer and well, if you think that was a robbery, you should probably call every split decision ever a robbery. Elias didn't do much and he clearly has a very capped ceiling but don't see what in the world mutante did to have clearly deserved two rounds. 29-28 mutante wouldve been fine too but in no way was it a robbery. Saw the marshman highlight too and well, I guess you didn't want it stopped unless the guy was dead on the floor

Lost my esparza/ponzinibbio parlay (did Markos actually look decent or esparza just bad?) but Elias by decision was a good little hit. Let's go black beast

Actually my mistake. Watched the highlight again and you have a bit of a point in that marshman was still moving to defend. Not the worst stoppage still though and I still think it's crazy to think mutante got robbed

Great win for Hendricks. Pretty glad I bought out of Lombard for a small loss. Gave 2, 3 to Johnny and could see the close sweep as well. Still though. Don't see how his stature isn't going to cap his ceiling hard at 185 even after tonight. Can't imagine the beatings Gegard or Jacare would dish out to him. And someone like Weidman would just physically steamroll him. Though I guess I just listed 3 of the top 5

Good win for Hendricks, but definitely not the most mobile he looked like the commentators said -- you can watch the Lawler fights for the most mobile Hendricks.

Hopefully Lombard retires now since he'll get fired from the UFC after this loss.

Regarding Cezar/Elias: I have no need to be biased, as I had nothing riding on either of them.

Esparza has no answer if she can't get the TD, but the fight was still close. Markos fought with a low stance and jabbed a lot, so Esparza wasn't able to dominate with TDs.

GG Travis Browne.

Browne will get fired now, and Lewis is one step closer to a title shot. Lewis just needs one more Top-10 win, but he could probably get a title shot if he's lucky with the other top guys being injured, which happens a lot.

Got em coach. Even with a curiously bad strategy to start. Travis looked good but then got a little over confident off just 1 round and closed the distance for Lewis. Oh and talking about being fired, Yamasaki should be charged with helping facilitate murder one of these days. Not sure how he is still a main event ref

That dude is pure gold on his post fight talk.

I find Travis to be unlikeable just as much as the next guy and usually like Lewis's random trolling humor. Thought continuing in on the domestic violence stuff after the fight when any fight promotional angle is done with was a bit much though. And borderline defamation case worthy considering that case was dropped almost immediately and was brought about by what looked to be a near psychotic attention whore. Maybe I'm just being the no fun police though

i actually didnt know about it till the post fight interview and went and looked it up. looked like it got dropped and him cleared? which makes the jokes a bit tasteless imo. Buttttt I laughed his whole post fight interview so even without in there still pretty gold lol

edmond tarverdyan yelled at yamasaki that "travis can still stand up. his eyes are still wide open. look!" so yamasaki had no choice but to give it a few seconds more.
