doesn't need to be out, a gun can shoot through a pocket. Even from the store angle we can't see his right hand the entire time but it takes like 1.5 seconds to grab hold of your gun and pull the trigger so I would definitely not say he was "in no position to be a threat." Anyone that is resisting lawful commands and involved in a physical altercation with police while HAVING A GUN is without a doubt a threat.

how did two tasers fail? why couldnt two trained cops couldnt control the arms of a guy laying flat on the ground? why shoot multiple times at point blank in the chest and not shoot the arm? This better safe than sorry protocol when shooting people has to stop
As usual they wont release the footage of the body cameras, they also took the surveillance video footage without a warrant even when the owner asked for one etc, typical cop procedure.

I don't know, you're sounding kinda sniperish
What? tried to google the meaning of that and I still dont know what that means.
To clarify I partially agree that is an exageration to call this an execution or a murder but this isnt an isolated case or an anomaly this seems to be the norm of a long list of deaths where the police are stupidly eager to shoot to kill.
I am not even a supporter of black lives matter but to not acknowledge that there is a serious police brutality problem in the US is crazy

The hypocrisy is that the black lives matter movement suggests that every time a black person interacts with police they have to fear being killed. When you look at the examples of all the black people being killed that Black Lives Matters presents almost every single one of them is arguing/resisting/fighting/yelling at the police. That doesn't demonstrate fearfulness to me.

yeah i'm sure arguing, resiting an yelling at an officer warrants being killed by them. how about doing their job properly without being idiots?
yup! tamir rice definitely deserved to be killed. so did philando castillo and freddie gray. they all resisted = auto death

I think BLM is a stupid racist movement but I would be angry as fuck aswell if I was black and I knew these murderers are the guys supposed to protect you.
Nvm I'm still angry at them even if I'm not american and white.

the cop in this case deserves prison for sure
What I dont get is what the fuck do they teach these guys in training? Just shoot whenever the fuck you want? I mean, I have my conceal carry license as a citizen and it's so insanely risky for me to even contemplate using my gun that it's practically not even worth it. I'd be better off learning kung fu than risking a jury trial that does not agree with my decision to use lethal force. Heck, one of the guys in my class even walked out half way through saying the same thing, it just wasnt worth being wrong and going to jail for 20 years. Thats how it should be though, last resort. Yet for cops it's always first resort. How are they not held to at least the same standard as me if not a higher one?
bye now

Jesus titty fucking christ, police department saying they were actually shooting at the autistic guy and accidentally hit the black dude. Accidentally, meaning they knew he was not a threat... so then they fucking cuff him while he's bleeding out on the ground.

wow what a lie; the best defense they could come up with and so transparent
This is another problem and very sickening, rather than deal with the cop as the fuckup criminal he is they defend him at all costs. happens everytime. People hate that as much as anything
If you score above iq 80 you can't join american police

also people thinking that the white vs black problem dissapeared after the civil rights movement back in the 1960s is dead wrong. this stuff has been going on since then...just now it's starting to flare up. Remember that kid that got murdered few years back and the murder got away scot free because the kid happened to be black?
shit like that has been happening for decades. lynchings has been happening still to this day. Black people in rage has been targeting innocent white people too.
Fucking terrible really. This is a byproduct of the US's sin with slavery and won't go away anytime soon.

The police in the US are good dudes for the most part. People who think they're trigger happy and brutal, idk where you're getting that info from but it's just not true. You guys in Europe get some weird propaganda about what things are like in the US. There's corruption at the highest levels but those are the guys who sit in offices. The ones that are out on the streets are 99%+ solid guys.
The fuck are you talking about, the US has the most brutal police in the entire 1st world.
Of course many cops are great guys who are not trigger happy and not brutal, the problem is that they cover up for shitty cops, they dont expose the rotten apples, they protect them as a "family" like they call themselves this makes people to hate the cops justifiably so.
If the police threw those murdering cops to the dogs people would have no quarrel, but even to date they keep defending those murders caught on tape and I can only imagine the shit that goes down that is not recorded and that never got any punishment in the past decades
you clearly have never been to Russia
I dont consider Russia when I talk about the 1st world lol
so you define the "first world" as the group of countries with less police brutality than the US and then brought us your conclusion that the US has the most brutal police out of all countries in the first world?
I define as 1st world roughly as th US, Canada, most of europe, Japan, Australia and SouthKorea.
You dont like the world "1st world" do you want me to define it by GDP per capita then? all right the US has the most brutal police in the world in relation to its GDP per capita
You know the IMF rates south korea as a emerging economy right? Aka 2nd world.
The income and wealth disparity is way too high in that country to be considered a 1st world nation. There is little to no middle class there. Also the amount of corruption in the south korean government is unbelievable. And I wouldn't be surprised if the cops were just as bad or worse. Politics there makes the US politics seem amazing.
