Didn't find it that "gay and predictable". I thought we'd get more of the same with Zeratul acting like a prophet, acting all wise n shit. Instead we got a "brawl" small little skirmish, a Zealot "sacrificing" his life vs the 3 banelings to protect the Pylon being warped in. Pretty cool

maybe it's because I'm terran but basically all that happens in this cinematic is someone warps in a pylon, except in a way that looks like it was directed by zack snyder, I don't find that compelling at all, particularly as the game will probably be bad again.

why does the archon look so metal/corporeal when such a fuss in this cinematic is about the pylon being gamelike? the archon is too defined, it looks like any other protoss, it's supposed to be a ball of energy right? why do the zerg look so feeble like those tiny dinos that killed dennis nedry?

I mean it's just so obnoxious for a goddamn pylon to be the climax of the video when you make 50 of them every game. did they have to put it in just because the people who watch this couldn't fathom how the protoss could warp an army without using a pylon's energy field? because if that's the case it looks like pylon's energy field is way too wide. you might say santafairy, that's nitpicking, my point is they nitpicked first by shoving this pylon in my face like we're retarded, so why nitpick if they don't want to get it right. it would be like if the opening cinematic of WoL was an SCV finishing a fucking bunker rush. literally the opening cinematic of the final chapter of SC2, previously the most anticipated game ever, is "you must construct additional pylons." this is the creative legacy of Blizzard Entertainment, comrades.

Compared to previous cinematic work of Blizzard this is one of the weakest

How is the sc2 scene now adays? It has really low numbers on twitch compared to WoL times.
Hopefully blizz will get into WC4 after lotv cus it doesn't seem like SC2 will ever recover

Regarding the game trailer, it looks cool, but it doesn't get me excited enough to want to play the game again. After playing 50 games of the SC2 beta, I stopped playing the game completely and never looked back.

It just doesn't have the appeal that SC/BW had for me as a teenager.

Heroes is actually very fun to play. I suggest you try it. You take out the stress of DotA and take in the fun of Blizzard lores. They have different maps compared to other MOBAs as their competitive format (kinda like SC maps), so it is pretty nice to get the variety in a different way.
