all-in water coolers vs classic Noctua NH-D14, any benefits?

I havent checked but theres no way air could cool better than water

3 things : do you have a girlfriend ? If so, do you plan to put your computer on the same room as your sleeping gf ? and finally : you don't mind paying extra.

Which is more noisy?

You can get really quiet fan based systems too but they'll make more noise during gaming etc than watercooling I believe. That said. my setup barely makes any extra noise during gaming.. prob the quietest fan based setup I've ever had, stock intel cpu cooler + nvidia 750 ti running on SSD too. Nothing too impressive but quiet and works fine for me.
