Yeah. Too bad Duncan and someone else missed 4 free throws back to back in the 4th quarter in game 2.

Pretty sure that was Tony Parker. And I don't blame him as he had just been pretty viciously elbowed in the ribs by Mario Zero Chalmers.

As for Joseph Calgary's notion that the Spurs look unbeatable based on a historic first half that will probably never happen again...it's still a long series. Spurs were up 2-1 last year also off a game 3 where Danny Green/Gary Neal couldn't miss a shot and we all saw what happened after. Obvious differences this year being home court for Spurs as well as the format change. Others being that Kawhi is improving every year and the two point guards of Miami now look like they belong in European leagues. I too would like to think that the Heat are going to be no match in the coming games (I'm a pretty big spurs fan) as Lebron really was on fire in the second half of game 2 to basically win it by himself. But then the opposite narrative is that...Heat up by 7 in the 4th in game 1 when Lebron starts to have his bitch cramps...'could easily have been 2-0 Heat off of the Spurs home floor.' No matter if a stronger willed player could've played through the cramps or not....only the biggest Lebron haters would deny that it definitely did impact game 1.

With that said, I do hope you're very right. But things shift real fast at this level. The Heat could come out like madmen for game 4 with Lebron hitting jumpers again and then it'll just be a best of 3 with the Spurs home advantage but with the knowledge that either team can confidently win on the other's home court as well as I'm sure new narratives popping about how the Heat now have the 'momentum.' Hopefully though, the series just ends tomorrow with the Spurs stealing another at Miami to make it 3-1...which is basically the end.

Knock on wood if the 3-1 happens.

spurs look like they are overall better, miami has to play elite level defense to prevent the spurs from scoring 100+, whereas the heat have a much harder time reaching that number esp during the stretches when James is resting

i thought we had a series when heat won G2, spurs playing coy

Congrats to pop and company gg wp. Timmy should not retire, spurs are a the best in the business, see no reason they cant continue to dominate / attract talent from around the league, keep the machine running.

perhaps they lost G2 on purpose so they can win the championship at home in 5

pop looks like he took last years failure personally and completely.

he and his coaching staff look like they didn't sleep a single wink and look like they took last year's finals personally and are looking to embarrass the coaches of the heat, the management, the ownership and lbj

The only bet I have for Game 5 is: Spurs win GM1 & win series +110 $10

I'll skip the first half of the game. If there's any decent action to be made after I finish watching Game of Thrones, then I'll try and get a live bet in.

Bookmaker offered 184.5 for the total before the 4th quarter started, which is a 49.5 point difference.

Edit: Added another $10 on the Under.

Sigh... fuckers started scoring a lot. Bought out with o186.5
