Besides the fact that you need to sell your gold, you need to beat the ever loving shit out of the doctor who fucked up. He doesn't care that it's not his daughter/wife/himself, so that's why you have to make sure he feels pain first hand, so he learns to actually give a fuck about other people, as per his job.
