I agree that having read the books kills most of the suspense, but its still such a well made show with great actors that I still rate it no1 going right now. And the books are so so good that i dont regret for a minute choosing to read them before watching the show.

Just saw episode two. I pictured Salandar (sp?) very different, almost Hispanic in nature but the guy that plays him does a good job :D. I always thought Melisandre would be a more voluptuous bish and not this skinny ass small titty bish.

If you have actually read the books then you should remember that book 2 opens up slowly for the first 200ish pages and then starts to get awesome. You gotta give the show some time.. the books are huge and there is a ton of plot development that must take place before the action begins.

Even though nothing super important happened, the episode still met my expectations to be honest, I don't care about drama as long as it is well made and have common sense in it, unlike TWD
