I kind of feel like any 2 pair hand would have bet the turn, so maybe c/r is best here since I assume he bets lower straights .

C/R probably isn't a bad move here but I like betting too. He might bet 20 and fold to a raise where as he might call off 30-40 or even raise if he's stupid and loves his straight like SS sometimes do  . |
