why ? doesnt it look much stronger than X raise because when he raises you have to raise again right ?, you cant flat his raise
if you x raised it could look like a draw or 99, 55, JTd or xyz hands ? |

I'm noob but i dont think he's going c-bet this flop too often; let alone call a x/raise as opposed to calling a 3-bet.
