Villain is 20/18/5 over 462 hands. With such a draw heavy board and a villain that may(not sure) be able to play a draw this way, is the +ev decision to shove turn? Would best decision to have been to fold flop?

shove turn
if he has draw his bet sizing is giving him 3 to 1
some people dont cr flops at all and a flop fold is ok. by 400 hands you should know something
