I am not an expert, but i think there is nothing you can do but calling.
Why did you 3bet the flop if you are afraid of a blank turn. Or do you put him on exactly TT?

CALLLLLLLLL. Why would he have TT here and not raise PF? He also called flop which means he most likely doesn't have 56. Obc some times villains are retards and do show up with 56 here =( but even then u still have some equity.
