CO can be opening a bunch of different hands with a 5 in them, bb's calling range is a bit wider too since hes getting better odds and includes some (as we can see here...)

either way, it's not like one of them will often have an ace when they check the turn AND payoff such a big bet on the river too...

I'm not talking about preflop. On the flop neither of them is gonna have a bare 5 so it's basically just 56 and then the 4card straight doesn't matter.

Either way I'd just shove the flop too.
