Posts 20070 if i lose a bunch of these over a decent stretch of time i send pokerstars an e-mail asking them to cut the BS, unswitch me. they always respond "tom there is no switch, sorry about the hands etc.." but for some "bizzaire" reason the coolers stop soon after the e-mail Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
