This response turned out to be pretty shitty but I don't feel like rewording it, so here u go anyways
It's mostly a cooler but i'm not a huge fan of the line. He shows strength on the flop and calling is fine. His turn bet is a bit weaker but i'm still inclined to think he has something. I think if you want to play for stacks here you should be check raising the turn or check raising the river. I'm not a huge fan of donking the river, because you're leading out on a potential scare card and not giving him an opportunity to continue his play if he were to be messing around. River also completes a KT although not too likely he holds that. I'm really not crazy about playing for stacks in this spot in general. He did raise 3 way on the flop and continue the turn, and I also think a lot of the hands that you beat won't want to go all the way on that river.
I guess as played with his bet size on the turn, I'd raise him to around 7 there. If he were to shove at that point i'd have to reevaluate the situation. If he were to call i'd prob just fire and get it in on the river. Also as played, on the river i'd prob check raise a smaller bet and prob check call a bigger one. Again the rational behind my thought process is that he did raise 2 players on the flop so he probably has a more polarized range of a made hand or missed draw as opposed to like 77 here. When you lead 7 on the river i suppose you can't really fold at this spot, even though I'm not sure you're good all that often either. Again depend on the player and stats etc etc. Usually better to just take the safer route until you know more about a player. Now if he was more like 40/20 then yea play for stacks, but 13/2 is a bit tougher.
