The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.

I hate it. You're not really ahead of anything that calls a 4bet here.

it's very fishy villain i expect him to call a very wide range as he's 3 betting a very wide range.
would i have equity against random pocket pairs like 66-99 or random Axdd and Kxdd combos?

i didnt really know what to do on this nasty flop and facing a snap overbet shove so i called with two overs and a gutshot against a fish.

and yeah i know it's a super marginal spot

wierd because i see villain /w QTo here. so he has like half the deck in his range in this spot.

although with villain's line i hate call unless we had the right dynamics. I don't mind shoving here if checked to though.

eZ Life.

I'm with yomer where I do like a shove when checked to because it adds enough fold equity to make it profitable, but when he's shoving here there isn't much you're ahead of if anything. You do have decent fagainst his range but your almost always behind on the flop. The only things that missed this flop that would call a 4 bet are AJ and 98. Everything else hit some sort of pair or OESD.

yeah i wanted to throw a cbet out if he checked to me but he just instashoved on flop so it confused me cause i was definitely not expecting that at all.
i was also planning to shove over a lot of donk bets on a flop like this where i have gutshot + 2 overs or fd + 2 overs but the shove just really threw me off and i could not think if i was getting the right equity/odds to call but i reasoned in the heat of the moment i'd be getting it in if he checked to me and just called .
