Ye I kinda forgot how big the pot was already. 30% is ok then. I'm not sure about your 4bet, he is sitting right behind you and some players left to act + it doesn't look like you are stealing. I doubt I would 4bet in this position vs this kind of player. But then again i play 6 max =/
