it goes like this imo -
on the flop the villian with QQ is wondering if radio has the king or not, a minreraise is a play made often to make a player fold tens or queens when they do not have the top pair (king in this scenario)
the turn bet is very weak for two reasons (he giving fold equity to punty to reshove and he can be making this small bet with a wide range of hands)
river play is standard

punty is more retarded on a regular basis than me after losing 99% of my roll and continuing to play at nl1k.
