Frontbetting definitely disguises it better I think, check/call is sort of a standard drawing move...I like checkraising the flop here too sometimes.

I like the following lines:

Frontbet flop, call a raise & fire a "feeler" (1/2 pot bet) to induce a raise on the turn
Frontbet flop, call a raise & checkraise turn
