he raised preflop and i was sure he had crap as he had been making plays like this a lot
i raised with open ended and overpair and backdoor flush draw
when he pushed i put him on KK or AA also
i honestly thought A sealed my win

the only thing making this play questionable is the fact that there are 2 players left to act behind me

the first guy was shortstacked so i didnt really care about him
the second guy i didnt think would call a raise with 36 55 44 22, and i thought since i had AA and i put other guy on AA that he didnt have A3 either

yes i know if lead bettor has AA he might have a 3 in his hand, but i had outs and at that point i had committed a lot of my stack and i figured i could be good as well

Hmm I think I would of made it 6 to go for the other 2 players and the origonal raiser. I don't really like going 4 handed with a hand like AA67. The only way I would think about cold calling is if I had a really powerfull hand like AAKQ double suited with a good draw. But then again by re-raising you are pretty much telling them you have AAxx....so. It is a reasonable move, given your position. But I still think I would of raised to get some information about the remaining player's hands and the raiser.

With a raise utg like that I would of actually but him on a much more powerfull hand like KKAJ,QQJ10, AK10J, something along those lines. So I like the push on the flop. You are winning in that spot and got sucked out on....shitty deal. But you got it in ahead, and i know that is no help. but at least you made a winning play. Cheers.

the problem with reraising is everyone calls anyway. i cant put in a substantial enough reraise to push people out. then im likely out of position with a large pot and im going to miss more often than not. and they know your hand so they are likely to take 2 pair all in on you if an A or K doesnt flop.

if im on the button id consider it. if i can reraise more than half my stack in then id do it. but i wont reraise when i can only make it like 10

Yeah that is very true. The position is not favorable there, and from the play it does seem like quite the loose table you were sitting at. I can;t belive he actually raised with that utg?? Id like to play with him for hourssss
