Unless u have a read that he is an ubernit Id shove flop probably since there are quite a bunch of hands thet u beat which would reraise u when he isnt a nit like KJ ,A8+ FD, OESD, AJ , QQ , maybe even JT or any FD When u see him as a NIT a fold could be okay here since he wont 3 bet u flop unless he has a set or 2 pair. But you have to be sure that he never 3 bets with draws and that he calls with top pair Unless ure quite sure about that id suggest a shove pver his 3 bet here U see what i did there with A8 ?
