If you knew he had a set why slowplay? Just raise him. Checking the flop is ok i guess but i would never do it. Definently raise the turn.

Dude, if you know he has a set, and have an overset... Just push. He will call thinking that he is winning. I mean I've even seen hands where great players like naz call with an underset, losing to the big one. It doesn't matter the limits, ifyou KNOW he has a set, and you have over set. PUSH>

Some players may be able to get away from it if there is a flush on the board and you have the flush, but I doubt it. The still call.
