raise the turn, only hands you're behind are a flopped straight (with which he probably would not raise you so hard considering he's an NL10 player) or a set of 8's, in which case with top 2pair it's probably ok to lose your money. i'd be more inclined to put him on AJ, JT, or 8T there

river is unfortunate but you have to pay him off there, as QJ is not as likely to raise the flop that hard

i would've folded the flop though, raise makes me think he has 2pair or a set, KJ does not play very attractively to a raise. nobody is raising there with a jack that you beat like QJ or 9J
