He raised preflop so you should put him on AK / AQ. Raising him isnt necessarily going to get a fold and therefore he has a chance to suckout on you, plus you called with a crappy hand preflop. But I mean there isnt anything wrong with your postflop play.

he's bb, no-one else is in the hand, he isn't folding for 1$ more in a 3,5$ pot while he's in position. 107s isn't a great hand, but it's not the worst one out there either. You can always call his 1$ more to check out the flop.

That said, you both hit the flop really well, him being a little favourite even I think. I think the play postflop is fine.
