as a tourney player this doesn't look thaat extreme 40bb bvb. Prolly marginal but I can see it be +ev. (in a tourney i'd be more surprised to see kq call it, tbh.) Like people didn't do this with 41 bb back when I played, but they did with 30, and it's definitely a trend that people push way lighter than they did back then.

This shove is reasonably standard at 25/50+. Idk what the shove ranges are here though. Tournaments have antes which completely changes everything, unless im missing something? Do you mean 40bb with antes? I'm not a tourney player but they seem completely different from cash to me.

that was just me being stupid actually. antes obviously change the game entirely, so this is considerably looser.
