going over some flop overbet spots, this seems like a very good holding to overbet flop with high spr.

i'll post more hands when i get my setup a bit better.

really depends on preflop ranges, but typically this is not such a great board to overbet the flop in these positions, as BB defense is a little wider than button opening range, it will have all Q7o. BB will have some AQo, not all of them. it's not like button has a huge range advantage.

Turn overbet i like, i'm not sure about river, he's prob making it one range on river and betting small so he can include overpairs, 56s/9Ts type hands, but also wants to bet smaller with the flush draw being hit.

was going to say if you are going to overbet the flop, A3s is definitely one of the top hands to do it with, i think.

i messed around with filters on hm2, linus has like 3 main cbet sizings in button vs bb. He has 25%, 108%, and 31%. he tends to use 25% on Axx boards and monotone textures especially if the ace high board doesn't have extra broadway cards, 110% varies from very wet board textures like TJx twotone to flops that are good for his range, like AKx, AQx, so high broadway flops , and cbets this size with a lot of backdoor equity hands such as the one in this hh. he cbets 31% on a ton of different textures, it's his most common sizing. he always chooses 31% over 25% when the board has low cards and is dry, like 227. probably using the bigger sizing for protection.

wow sick.

makes sense about ace high boards for smaller sizing. Yea I did notice the flop overbets on a variety of wet boards. I didn't filter for bu vs bb just saw in general. my only filter was flop bet >100%

that's awesome the different sizing between a high / non tho small difference but probably huge ev gain over time cause comes up all the time.

wonder why >100% only tho nothing like 85% for example.
