Very modern turn bet, better ev than check. Even though there isn't a lot "worse that calls" (although there are Kj and kq suited and draws that do call behind) there is good money in the pot and you protect equity. Plus this turn card is so much better for your range and he raises nothing on turn in this spot (how can he raise a 9 when you have 16 AK combos he doesn't and he won't even have k9s combos most likely).

I guess you are deep enough he might flat some AKo combos but regardless you still have way more than he does. I like this

lol you should see what solvers say about TJQ runouts in any 3bet pot at 100bb. it ain't pretty for the person who calls the 3bet.

he's supposed to flat AKo like 75% of the time and AKs roughly 50% of the time here, don't know if you input range correctly preflop but yeah if villain never has any AK obviously it's not gonna be pretty
